In Korea, there is a special day called 'Bok nal'. It is one of the hottest summer days and we eat special food such as 'sam-gye-tang' chicken ginseng soup, 'Chu-eo-tang' loach in hot bean paste soup and 'Min-eo-tang' Croaker soup.
And 'Bok-nal' is called dog day. I think it's because that we had had a kind of custom eating dog long time ago. But some people
still eat dogs...
