Sin had always been a problem child from the start but she always got away with it since she was a one hell of a smooth talker. Her attitude could get her in the most unpromising situations but.. she didn't care. The cause of her behavior was her mother's absence in her life. Her biological mother had died while giving birth to her and her stepmother had left her and her half sister, Monse, at the age of 2 and 9. She didn't show it, but it still affected her till this day.

Since her father and Monse were the only family in her life, she protected them with all her strength. Sometimes it was a bit too much — Monse's words. But that was probably how all elder siblings were.

Oscar had joined the Santo's when he was about 12 years old. Two years younger that his brother now is. Their mother too, was absent in their lives. But with Oscar, you could see the pain and loneliness in his eyes and attitude. He turned to the Santos as his grip in life. Without them, he didn't know where he and his brother would be. Becoming a Santo was his family right. It was his duty. He took pride in it and was a fearless leader.

But because he never experienced love on a deeper level, he had become a cold hearted and angry man. He could laugh with his cholos, but it was never — ever — a genuine one.
