"Do you think it is just, that I hand over my country to a bunch of—criminals?

"All of my father's legacy go to waste? These resources belong to the government of Oknwe, to the people of Oknwe."

"I understand Joshua, but please do not fail to see reason. Maybe we can make some sort of compromise with these groups. Oknwe's future is more important than some rock.

"It makes no sense to continue this useless fighting, soon there will be nothing left, for the government or Oknwe. What is Dust by itself compared to an actual country filled with it that can make an impact on the world once we realize how to cooperate for the good of everyone?"

The president rotates his chair and stares out the window behind him. Looking out he sees his people shopping and going about their regular affairs in the heavily protected capital of Tomi.

Maybe he is right, but they will not see reason as I do. They think of nothing but greed and anarchy. My hand stuck out as a sign of peace will no doubt be a chance for them to destroy everything. It is their nature. It is in their blood.

President Kidelani spins his chair back around facing the vice president after deep thought. "We will speak more on this. Will you be making it to the dinner tonight Dipitavin?"

"It will be a bad look for everyone if only the president and not his second-in-command shows up to the dinner. Yes, I will see you later on."

"Very good then, later on it is."

The vice president leaves the office with obvious signs of concern on his face.

"Tsoti."

In the center of the room materializes a green man no more than six feet tall walking towards a couch placed adjacent to the President's desk.

"Yes Mr. President?"

"What do you think about all this? I am having trouble with Dipitavin's thought process. These savages want nothing but to plunge Oknwe into chaos and he thinks somehow they will throw up a white flag for the benefit us all."

The A.I. listens to President Kidelani intently noticing the loud signs of frustrations in his voice.

"It is very troubling indeed Mr. President. But I am not programmed to provide independent thought, only assistance and to do as instructed."

"Yes, I see. What is the probability that this idea of his actually works?"

"Fifty percent."

"Why only fifty?"

"There is a small chance that these groups will cooperate with this suggestion proposed by the vice president, seeing as they all have minute but mutual interests.

"They all have a strong desire to take your seat for themselves as that would put their respective groups in a better position to have Dust to themselves."

What the A.I. said has piqued the president's interest.

"That will be all Tsoti."

The A.I. disintegrates into the seat.

There's only one person I can count on now and maybe they''ll have some good news, which I would really like to hear right now.
