Tutaj wszystko jest odwrócone, ale nie tak jak w wersjach ze swapem. Człowiek, który spada do podziemia ma już na samym początku maksymalne LV, nienawidzi potworów i chce je zabić. Na pacyfiście te próbują nauczyć go miłosierdzia i powoli się z nimi zaprzyjaźnia. Na geno morduje wszystkich, zaś spotkana Chara na końcu jest swoją odwrotnością - dobre dziecko, które chce wszystkich ocalić. Nie ma Floweya, natomiast Asriel próbuje walczyć ze złym człowiekiem. No i Gaster żyje.
Ah, no i osobowości postaci są zamienione, nie tyle, że ze sobą, co raczej postacie są swoimi odwrotnościami. Dla przykładu, gwiazdą Podziemia jest Alphys, Sans jest chamski, Papyrus nieufny, Undyne chce wstąpić do gwardii, natomiast MTT jest naukowcem.
