Seulgi's POV

"It seems like we meet again?" Prince Jimin suddenly spoke up. Making me look up at him. I kept avoiding his gaze since I was so embarassed. He saw me stealing food from their fridge.

"Y-yeah." I stuttered.

I heard his slight chuckle. I felt my cheeks became hotter. I'm so embarassed, seriously!

"You don't need to be shy or embarassed. I'll keep what I saw as a secret." His index finger landed on his lips, as if telling me it's a secret between the two of us.

"I'm r-really sorry, your majesty. It's just.. It's just that.. uh.." I'm lost for words. "I.. Ugh! I don't know!" I pouted as I avoided his gaze once again.

This time, he really laughed. "Don't worry. It's just food. Nothing bad."

Silence then took over us. My eyes roamed around his room. He brought me into his room as he sat on his bed while I sat on the sofa. I was actually about to sit on the floor but he stopped me.

"Your Majesty?" I broke the silence. He looked at me.

"Hm?"

"I have a question. Why are we brought here? Are we getting punished?" I honestly asked.

His eyes became a thin line as he chuckled. His cheeks puffing out. He's.. cute. Argh! Seulgi! He's a prince. Stop!

He ran his hands through his hair as he answered, "Well, no. As I have said, what happened before is only our secret. But we do need personal assistants. It's such a coincidence that Mr. Han is your boss now that you guys are here."

"Assistant? Where would you need assitance in, You Majesty?" I asked curiously.

"Hmm.." He held his chin, a gesture as if he's thinking. "Things like.. cooking, studying, and stuff. I actually don't really know. Maybe someone to accompany us?" He shrugged.

"Huh?"

"I mean, we do get seriously bored in this palace especially that we are not allowed to roam around any city. So yeah, maybe adding you guys here in the palace will make us happier? More friends? Yay?" He laughed.

I automatically smiled because of his smile.

"So.. What will happen? We'll stay here?"

"Yup." He answered right away.

I pressed my lips into a thin line.

"Does that mean we'll also get stuck here?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Most probably, yes."

"Aw. I really love exploring this place." I sighed.

Suddenly, an idea popped into my mind. I smiled as I called for Prince Jimin. He looked at me with a curious look.

"How about escaping this palace and explore around the town with me?" I suggested.

His eyes widened because of my sudden suggestion. I shrugged. I pity him because he didn't even get to see how wonderful this place is.

"W-what? That means we're going to break a rule. Are you aware of that?" He stuttered. Clearly shocked.

I nodded. "Yeah. But rules are meant to be broken. Plus, I'm more like a.. rebel."

"Come on, I'm an expert coming to these things. We won't get caught." I assured him while nodding.

A sly smile showed up from his lips. "Really?"

"Really."

"But I just caught you the other day." He said, his voice as if trying to joke around.

I glared at him. "It's just my unlucky day!"

"Okay fine!" He laughed.

"So will you, Prince Jimin?" I asked once again. " if yes, I'm going to plan everything right. So we won't get caught."

"Call me Jimin. Prince Jimin or You Majesty is too formal."

My eyes widened. "B-but--"

"No more buts!" He stopped.

"Fine, but I need to call you in a formal way when Master Han is around or the King."

He nodded. Agreeing to my deal.

"Oh, and by the way, Seulgi?"

"Yeah?"

"I'm going to do it. Let's explore the town together."
