Before I get into this, I just wanted to clarify something - apparently, rule #12 has been a bit miscommunicated, but that was my fault for not specifying!
If you have won in the Snowflake Awards, you cannot enter that same book.

And if your language is not up there (which I don't know freaking how that's possible, I think we got everyone on Wattpad xD) don't worry! There is still a long way to go before judging even starts!
So be sure that if your book is in another language that you follow your judge! They very much deserve it.~
