Harry: "There's something odd about her," Louis insists. I shake my head.
"Y/N's a normal girl," I reply. He wasn't the first to say that, the fans, media, even mum had been slightly wary of her. But I know there's nothing weird about her.
"Damn," Niall yells as the car slows to a stuttering stop. "We're going to be late!" I glance at the clock-already too close to seven. He was right.
"Calm down," Paul instructs. "I'll call a tow, we'll be at the awards in no time. No worrie-" he trails off as the top of the car is ripped off.
"Fancy blood!" The demonic girl crows. We scream. "Enough to share." Two more of the human looking creatures appear next to her.
"Harry?!" One of them gasps. I look up and scream again. Y/N. "Girls, let's avoid this one. Easier blood in that alley." The first one scowls.
"I haven't had clean blood in ages!" She complains, but a look fromY/N shuts her up.
"Too much hassle," the third agrees. They stare at us. "C'mon, let's clean this up." Lightning fast, they move the car towards one of the nearby buildings and shatter a few of the windows. When the boys, Paul and I escape it looks like we rammed into a wall. No evidence of vampires.
Liam: I look up at the sky and my eyes widen. Two minutes, maybe less. "Guys, we should leave!" I yell, hurriedly packing my things.
"C'mon babe, don't you wanna see the stars?" Liam smiles an angelic smile. I shrug, too busy packing.
"I don't wanna see the moon," I mutter.
"What?" Zayn asks.
"Relax, Y/N. This is supposed to be fun," Louis smirks. "Scared of the dark?"
"Scared for your safety. Leave!" I yell, frustrated. A bit spooked, the boys get up and slowly pack. "Faster!" Liam turns to me again.
"Babe, what's wrong?" I barely hear him, too busy staring at the full moon across the water. Alluring, beautiful. Begging me to let go. I shake my head. I have to keep them safe.
Sadly, I have only a few seconds control over this. My body takes over my mind, it always does. I'm powerless. My body starts to transform, my mind changes from that of a human to that of a hunter. The last thing I can remember is Liam's terrified face, and blood.
Louis: "Hey babe!" Louis kisses me to get my attention. It works. "Wanna see a magic trick?" I grin, knowing whatever it is, I can do a thousand times better.
"Sure."
He shows me his hat, puts it on, and then takes it off and pulls out nothing. Frowning, he tries again. And again. "Stupid rabbit," he frowns. I laugh.
"This is how you do it," I smirk and take his hat. Thinking the words to the spell in my head, I pull out Niall's cell phone. He applauds.
"How'd you do that?" He asks. I shrug.
"Practice," I answer. Niall comes running in.
"Guys, I was on my phone and it disappeared." Damn.
Louis raises an eyebrow. "How much practice did you have?"
"A lot," I reply
"You're a wizard!" He gasps. Hagrid moment.
"Yeah," I admit. Niall shrugs.
"Can I have my phone back now?"
Niall: Ever since her family vacation, Y/N's been acting weird. Really weird.
"Do you wanna go out?" I ask. She shakes her head. "Please?" I pester her until she agrees. Smiling, I jump up and grab her hand.
"Where to?" She says slowly.
"Mall? The lads and I have a gig close to there later anyways," I suggest. She shrugs.
"Sure."
At the mall, Y/N immediately wants to leave. I don't know why, she just says the people creep her out. I don't pay attention to her worries, they're nothing to be afraid of.
Oh no," she gasps and starts pulling me away from the fountain I was admiring. For a second I think she's being weird again, then I hear the gradually louder sound and the UFO-type thing crashes into the fountain. The things that come out of it are human-like, but their skin is weirdly colored. One was pink, one was green, one was blue. The blue one spots Y/N and I and hurries over, followed by three others of the same color.
"Hello," the tallest greets in an odd accent. Up close, I see they have one less finger on each hand, no pupils, and two miniature horns on their heads. He's looking right at Y/N.
"Leave Y/N alone," I mumble, too terrified to actually sound scary. They all laugh, even Y/N gives a small smile. "What's going on?"
"We've come to take over," another one says. We've already put plenty of our spies on Earth." I recognize some of the people I'd seen at the mall earlier transforming into the aliens. Turning to Y/N, I see her becoming a bright blue like the aliens in front of us. She was one of them?
She has a quick conversation with the aliens, but it seems they're angry at her. Then they leave and Y/N turns to me, becoming human colored again. "I came from Pluto early to help the invasion, but I fell for you," she whispers. I frown. "No human at this mall will live longer than another few seconds. I tried convincing my dad to let you live." She rushes out.
"Did it work?" I know it didn't.
"No, but I did the next best thing." I'm confused. "I love you," she whispers and kisses me as the mall explodes and I see her smile sadly at me, whispering the words we'll die together.
Zayn: I gather the boys, worried about how they'll react.
"What's wrong babe?" Zayn asks.
"I have to tell you guys something," I say.
"What is it?" Louis grins. "You preggo?" I roll my eyes.
"I would've told Zayn first, idiot." I fidget. This isn't the easiest thing to tell.
"C'mon, tell us!" Harry encourages. I smile softly.
"I can control the elements," I say. They look confused.
"Like the Last Airbender?" Liam says slowly. I nod.
"Kinda."
Niall snorts. "Yeah, and I'm a Leprechaun," he says sarcastically. I smirk.
"Niall, your hat's on fire," Zayn shouts. Niall rips it off his head and flings it away. I put the fire out.
"Okay, you can control the elements," he mutters.
"What else can you do?" Zayn's eyes are happy, not scared or weirded out like I thought he'd be.
"You know, make it windy, set a fire, craft with dirt and stone, move water. The typical stuff." I shrug.
