I sit up a little more, surprised that he came to see me. " Vicki I'm so sorry!' he says as he walks in. I try to assure him I'm fine. But he just won't buy it. " I'm fine. Really." He come's over and gives me a hug. It wasn't just a normal hug, it was the type where you don't want to let go. " You could've died!" He yells at me. " But I didn't." I say softly. He takes the hand with the IV, and stands up. " Vick, I really can't say how sorry I am." he explains. " It's completely fine." His next move surprises me. He bends down, and before I know it, our lips touch.
