Friday Night
La Reina's Mom: La Reina! Kevin is here querido!!
La Reina: (comes downstairs) Hey Kevin. Bye Mama.
LM: Adiós hermosa.
La Reina and Kevin walk out of the house and stop in front of a jet black convertible.
La Reina: Whose car?
Kevin: Mine.
La Reina: What? How old are you?
Kevin: 16. You?
La Reina: 15.
Kevin: So we're all good then.
La Reina: Yeah.
Kevin helps her into the car and then gets on his side and pulls off.
La Reina: So where are we going?
Kevin: Its a suprise.
La Reina: Can I just verify one thing?
Kevin: Of course.
La Reina: You;re not gonna kill me and dump me into a lake right?
Kevin: (starts laughing)
La Reina: I'm serious. I barely even know you.
Kevin: What?? Of course not!! That would be sick, twistd, and demented. I can't even bring myself to yell at a woman, let alone put my hands on one.
La Reina: (starts grinning uncontrollably)
Kevin: Why so happy?
La Reina: It's just...I just got out of a relationship that ended really badly.
Kevin: (nods understandingly) Well, we're here.
La Reina: We're...at a park.
Kevin: I know. C'mon Ms.Lady. (helps her out of the car and they start walking through the park)
La Reina: You could've told me we'd be walking. These shoes aren't necessarily comfortable.
Kevin: Oh ok. (picks her up and swings her around so that she's on his back)
La Reina: (laughing) You're giving me a piggy back ride?
Kevin: You're not that heavy.
La Reina: Thank you.
Kevin: Anything for you.
They keep walking until they come to a really grassy area where there is a picnic set up.
La Reina: Ummm...are we...?
Kevin: Having a picnic? Yes. We are. Sit.
La Reina: (sits next to Kevin on the picnic blanket) This is so cute.
Kevin: You hungry?
La Reina: Starved.
Kevin: You can have whatever you want. I packed a lot of stuff.
La Reina: (gets some food out of the basket and starts eating) So KEvin.
Kevin: Yeah?
La Reina: Tell me about yourself.
Kevin: There's not much to tell...What do you want to know?
La Reina: How about your family?
Kevin: I live with my mom and younger sister Naveah. My dad walked out on us about 3 years ago.
