Both you and Sebastian waited for something. Something that would mean that you are safe. You didn't knew how long you waited, but at some point Sebastian looked at you with disapproving face.
'What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be somewhere else, stabbing someone else in the back?'
You didn't knew what to say. He was right... Except...
'I did not stabbed you in the back!'
'No, you just tried to hit me with a candelabra.'
'Did you see that?!' you said surpised.
'It was just a lucky guess. It fall when you disappeared. Now you admitted it.' he said with hatred.
You knew it was your fault that he loathed you. You weren't the best ally, a man could ask for. And now you really did plan that you will trait Ruvik too. You couldn't blame Sebastian for what he thought of you. You were at one side then another, then back again to the first one. It semmed like you couldn't make up your mind. In this point of view you almost seemed worse than anything you could imagine.
'I.... I don't know what should I say. I thought that he could be saved, and now I'm only here, becuse he hurt me... You are probably right. I shouldn't do anything. But you know what? I really want to help him. I need a solution that can help me in it. And I don't know what should I do or who should I ask for help. I only know you here.'
'Only me? Heh... What about Joseph? He won't help you?' he smiled at you maliciously. But then... When you didn't say anything his smile slowly faded. Now he looked at you with terror in his face. 'What happened? Do you know anything?'
You didn't dare to look to him. You didn't know how you should say what you saw when you last met Joseph. So you stayed mute.
'(Y/N)!! What happened? You have to tell me or I'll dispose of hiding spot. I can escape and save Leslie. And I can leave you here to rot.' he said. You looked at him. You were scared.
You didn't knew what you should do. You didn't knew if you could tell him what happened but then someone walked in front of the door and Sebastian held out his hand towards the door knob.
'Wait! I'll tell you, but please help me get safe. I don't belong here.'
'I know.' he said. 'Okay, deal.' he smiled. You didn't knew what you did to deserve such a gold hearted person to save you.
Leslie slowly started mumbling another word.
'Behind, behind, behind...' he talked fast, but so quietly that you almost didn't noticed, that he was talking.
'Joseph... He was killed. And then, Ruvik bringed him back, since I asked him. But now he is half haunted, like the others here. I don't think that he could go back to the normal world ever again.' you talked so fast that even you couldn't understand what you have said. And all of this was your fault. You didn't wanted to say this out loud, but you were the one who chained Joseph here. And now that you thought about it this way, and you pictured yourself in the same situation, you discovered that if you were in his place you would be happier dead, than half dead here forever.
'Sorry.' you said to Sebastian.
'Don't be. It's not your fault.' he said this like he was used to losing someone that was important for him.
You felt guiltier, as he tried to comfort you. And still... You wouldn't do anything that could make you guilty. You needed him to get out alive. And he needed you for his plan, whatever was it.
'(Y/N)... I know you don't really want this, but Ruvik needs to be eliminated.  Now, if you help me, I can get you back home.'
Sweet words. Sweet image of you being home with your family. When the greatest problem was the lack of permission to go to a party. And when you sneaked out, just so you could go there.
'What do I have to do?' you asked looking into his eyes. The sweet, sweet dreams, you had about them. You needed to live them.
'Now, come after me and do what I say. I need you to obey, and do everything, I say, or my plan will fail. And this was the last chance you got.'
He didn't hesitated more. He brusted out from the room where the three of you hid. He grabbed your hand and started running to the opposite direction. Back to where you came. You held Leslie's hand so you wouldn't leave him behind.
Sebastian helped you get out of the floor where you were earlier. And when you got out he immediately leaded you towards the metro. You went underground, then ran next to film posters. You started to get tired because of the running, but you was that Sebastian felt the same.
'Let's stop.' you said pointing towards the toilet.
'Do you need to use them?' he asked.
You shook your head. Since you were here, you never needed to use the bathroom, nor did you eat. 'Then what?'
'Maybe we could rest there.'
'Rest?'
'Yeah. I don't have much stamina, and as much as I see you can't really sprint too long.'
'All right, but we won't stay long. If we stay in one place for too long, Ruvik will find us, and we can't do what I planned.'
'All right.' you nodded.
You didn't know what you should say. You grabbed Leslie's hand and went in the toilet. It was really digusting. The smells and the view was worse than any public toilet you ever saw. There was a really nice mirror though. It looked like it's from the Victorian era. Sebastian came in then looked at it. He completely froze down at the sight of it. It was weird. He seemed like he tried to save this moment for later. And he seemed like he wasn't here. More like somewhere else. Somewhere safe. You tried to do the same but it didn't worked.
Somewhere deep inside you you felt like you finally reached a checkpoint in your adventure.
