Chapter 37

   "Rin, Yukio...I've missed you so much" (Y/n) said with tears in her eyes. Cupping her face I see the tears already falling down her face and with a smile. I couldn't help but feeling like crying too, I held her closer. "I've missed you...I'm finally home."

   "Yeah you are..." I reply, Yukoi was smiling just as wide as I did. She is finally home, (Y/n) is finally home. Taking a step back, I got to see how much she has grown. "Where have you been, how did you get those ears and why did you leave."

   "Truth be told Rin, she was able to defeat your father. Well long enough for him to stay down there longer" Mephisto said getting closer. Then I notice the third person was a guy around our age, blonde hair, built, and green eyes. "I'll leave you four alone now, it was nice to see you again (Y/n)."

   "(Y/n) who is that" Yukio ask gesturing to the blonde who seem nervous to get close. (Y/n) looks at him then walks over to him grabbing his hand and for some reason I feel like giving him a glare.

   "You might not remember each other but guys.. this is Lloyd, our childhood friend and he is Garmadon's son" she explain smiling at him. Now that I think about it, he is the one who put a bump on my head that one time. Not only that but he was super mushy toward (Y/n). "Rin stop glaring at him, we were kids back then..."

   "But he still made a move on you which I don't allow. For as long as I live, I won't allow you to date him ever" I said trying to long protective. The two look at me then at each other and laugh, WHY?! "OKAY THAT'S IT, YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE NEAR HER AT ALL!"

   "So you actually beat dad up, wow I knew my sister was that good" I said fully proud of my baby sister. Yukio kept telling me to sit down while (Y/n) rolls her eyes at me. "What I have to be proud of her, she is amazing!"

   "Yeah, but I actually wish that idiot of a father never separated us, we could have so many more  memories with each other. Who knows but I willdo know one thing" (Y/n) said slowly with a genuine smile on her face. " I'm happy that things ended like this. I got to see the two of you again and I have my childhood friend by my side."

   I couldn't help but smile seeing her this happy. She was right though about our missing past, we could have shared so many memories together but I guess things didn't go that way. Not only that but from what she told us, mom was there protecting her from harm. It would be nice to see her but to know she is protecting our little sister is something I will always be grateful for.

   "Yeah... but I'm just happy to have you back in our live and we can make more memories together from now on" I reply with a smile on my own. After that small reunion, we had (Y/n) meet our friends who seem really cool to meet her and it got worse when Shima tries to flirt with her. At least Lloyd and I can agree on protecting her from other guys, I take back what I said about before, her not allowed with him. I rather know she is with him than with any other guy.

    "Do you really have to go" Shiemi said with a sad expression on her face. It was already turning into night and it was time to get back home. Besides everyone there is probably worried about us, and I really do miss them. Sending her a small smile I give her a nod as the others seem to become sad too.

   "I'm sorry guys but we really have to get back home, we've been gone for some time now and I want them to know we're all okay" I explain getting ready to go. Lloyd was with his dad as I was saying our goodbyes to our new group of friends. "I'll try to come visit you guys and you can do the same. I have your numbers so we can alway talk."
