Time to let go

I went to school in the morning with a big headache.

Still, I got up and got dressed.

~time skip to school~

"Hey Marinette" I smiled.

Alya.

"Hey" I smiled."want to walk together?"

"Sure, we always do, why do you ask?"

"I don't know?" I said and we talked a bit before going to class.

I walked in and no one pointed nor laughed at me.

No one called me anything

I nodded to no one in particular and put on a small fake smile.

I took my seat and talked to Alya, after a few minutes Nino came in.

I was about to smile but I quickly stopped myself.

Nino's pov

I walked into the classroom feeling sad.

Marinette and Alya turned to smile but quickly stopped, I knew why.

Behind me was Adrien Agreste.

With Chloe.

Hand in hand.

I smiled sadly at her and took a seat with Sabrina, Chloe's old seating partner.

She was quiet and nice without Chloe.

A good friend to her classmates.

Alya's pov
"Both blonde and stupid, they belong to together."

I turned laughing and saw Marinette in tears.

I stopped smiling.

"What's wrong?"I asked.

"I-i still have feelings for him."she said sniffling lightly.

I nodded and we got out the class before the teacher came.

We went to the restrooms and talked for a while.

"Girl get yourself together,I sighed,look I need you to stop crying and smile."

She cried a little more and then sniffled.

"I'll sign you into a dating site if you don't stop crying already."

She cried harder.

"Girl, that's it".

I got my laptop out and signed her on, I got a picture of us at the beach and cropped me out, of course.

I smiled to myself and showed her, she giggled.

Finally.

We decided to skip school for today and headed to the park, not so far from school.

We spotted a good bench where we could do whatever.

I saw a little ice cream stand and bought two vanilla flavored.

I handed Marinette one and ate mine while looking at a music video.

I looked over at Marinette and she fell asleep under a tree.

I smiled and looked at her journal, an elegant drawing of two people;
a dark haired girl with her bangs flying carelessly
and next to her was a light hair colored boy smiling, holding her hand.

I smiled sadly and a tear felt out of my eye as I read what was above it.

I shook my head and cleared my eyes, maybe I should take her home already.

The school bell rang,signalling that it was already 3:25 pm.

We've been out long, I stood up and Stretched.

I did an inhuman screech and startled Marinette, I giggled and packed all my stuff into my bag.

"Let's go... sleeping beauty."I smirked and ran.

She laughed and chased me a little before stopping, as her energy was drained in her 'coma'.
