Frigid how the soul turns
Faced with immortal trouble
What disguise masks your eyes
Pride as vicious as midnight visions
Bring your shield, pray for sleep
Long is the change over
Steep is the climb
The trees wave hello
When I feel alone
When I question where
I am supposed to be
This existence vexes me
Like the voices in my head
Each man's void
Could be fixed
With one deeply rooted spirit
Simple yet so intricate
Could all be just a maze
With no beginning
No escape
Ghosts unveil their smooth intentions
A jaw dropping spectacle
They come to feed on our fears
So be rid of the hole in your heart
The pit churning in your stomach
For all is a mirage
We are freed by ourselves
May I tell you of eastern winds
Whipping off the shore
Splitting ships to splinters
Wrecks to slip below miles
Of cold heavy water
Bring your desire
The fall is for finding yourself
Shiver I tell you come closer
Blistering
Figuring out what everything means
Your skull has been tapped
Unwrapped and dissected
We are just breathing
Is she your queen
Skirt dirty and tearing
Hair knotted and spun
Feet worn and aching
Heart barely beating
We are just breathing
Becoming mad poisons
Enhancing the strength of vices
Do you feel as if you crossed paths
One thousand years ago
Locked eyes, moved along
Swallowed by the crowd
In the live red forest
We are just breathing
