How strong can an innocent girl cope on the deadliest street of London?
From a world of crime, taneesha (you) returns to Clarence Rd but gets taken away for seeing things no one is meant to know of. Pride consumes her, as she tries her best to get a...
July 25th, 2019 Taneesha Parker (tani) I started smiling at my self as I recalled the cute guy I was serving at the cinemas. Yep. I work there. You would not imagine all of the potential boyfriends I met eyes with. It's like love at first sight, although it turns out to be the last, since I NEVER get to meet them again.
My Mum is always nagging at me telling that I should 'go out there more' and to 'find myself a man'. Well, get yourself a mum who promotes love instead of preventing it.
Walking down Clarence Rd, i took a sharp turn through some little alleyway. I'm so freaking lazy that I never take the main road. Going through the alleyway saves so much time, and most of all, I don't miss the first 5 minutes of eastenders. Of course, my mum tells me not to go through the alleyway, but it's a must.
Your probably wondering why I'm practically prohibited to go through there, right? Well, let's say, I don't really live in the sort of place where you would want to make a living. Within the grey streets of London, Clarence Rd was filled with every humans terror. Gangsters.
Clarence Rd is an estate area of flats, the highest floor being the 25th. As you would expect, the reception area of the flats have SO much gangsters around it which may be intimidating, as they CONTINUOUSLY cat call you. The nasty smell of whatever drug they always have lingers around.
Me and my lazy self walked down the little alleyway behind my block, listening to my music as I made my way through. I had to make a little funny dance in order to keep my white air forces completely anti-poo (cats think this alleyway is their litter tray).
Reaching the turn of the alleyway, shouts loudly disrupted my music, and so I slowed down, wondering what on earth was going on. I peaked slightly to see two masked figures clenching on guns as they cornered a boy.
"Fam, man told you to bring the food here. Who da f*ck do you think you are" "Know your place my nigga, u know we're about these ends" "U done f*cked up my guy"
Click *safety lock off*
I don't know what I was thinking but I was still peaking at them, and right now, I really wish I didn't.
The boy twitched as the gun was put to his head. He looked around desperately in search for someone to help him when his black beady eyes landed on me.
The two men followed the boys eyes, slowly turning their heads to my direction.
Omgg I'm going to die TODAY. Those guys Are going to point the gun to my head and I am not going to be able to watch Eastenders.
I slowly rotated myself to go back up to the main road as loud footsteps were closing up behind me. I'm not much of a runner. In fact, I hated running. I now regret not taking part on sports days in secondary school!
"F*ck! Fredo, go get her!"
BAM! I ran into the lamppost. Ohh lord. Out of all places, a f*cking lamppost had to be in my way. This is a life or death situation you know!I fell back, to receive another heavy blow on my left temple, knocking me out cold.
