"I love you too, Moon." Qibli said. Gripping her talons scared if she'd let go.
"As a friend," Moon said. "A good, good friend. But, I think the compass is pointing somewhere else. I... I don't love you the way you love me."
Poor Qibli.

"Turtle," Kinkajou said softly, quietly, which was rather suprising coming from Kinkajou.
"Are you all right?" She asked.
"I'm fine. Thanks though, Kinkajou. I'm just thinking."
"Me too. Thinking."
She kissed him on the snout and they began watching again. Turtle could tell Moon was holding back tears.
