We have been dating for a couple months today. But it's felt like an eternity.
I held the small velvet box in my pocket, rubbing it nervously with the pads of my thumb.
We had gone to the place where we first met, we strolled around the park and we stopped in front of the fountain. This was our favorite spot.
I looked at his deep soulful eyes, they stared back at me. Finally working up the courage, I lowered myself on to one knee.
"Marry me?"
His expression was dumbfounded he didn't know what to do. My anxiety continued to raise until I saw his head slowly bob up and down.
"I love you Cal."
"I love you too Harry."
