So.. I may or may not ship Rouge and Knuckles? You look like a mini-Rouge, except with a different eye colour I guess. And definitely different clothing.

You sat on your bed, quietly staring out the window while holding your plush, (P/N). Your wings outstretched slightly as you yawned, standing up and leaving the room. Mother's Day was coming up soon and you still hadn't thought of something to give to Rouge, aka your Mom. You didn't want to get her something she had lots of, like jewelry. And you didn't want to give her something bland. 

(P/N) dangled loosely in your arms, almost falling as the door opened which caused you to jump. In walked a familiar red echidna, obviously tired. His purple orbs lightened up once he saw you running towards him.

"Daddy!" You exclaimed happily, leaping into his arms. He swung you around in the air, causing you to giggle uncontrollably. 

"How's my little angel doing today?" He asked, putting you down, much to your disappointment. You stuck a thumb up euphorically and disappeared into the kitchen, where Rouge was busying herself with something. 

"(Y/N), sweetie. Can you get me the sugar, please?" She asked, smiling down at your small frame. Humming a response, you ran to grab the sugar, walking slowly back to her so you didn't drop it. Carefully, your wings stretched out and flapped as you raised yourself into the air to be level with your mother. 

"Thank you, (Y/N)." She said, pressing her lips to your forehead lovingly. 

"Whatcha doing?" You asked, not noticing Knuckles enter the kitchen. Rouge smiled slightly and dipped her finger into some frosting, booping your nose afterwards. You giggled but shrieked as two hands grabbed you. 

"EEEEK!!" Tilting your head back, you locked gazes with your father, (E/C) meeting purple. You let out a whine of displeasure, glaring at him. 

"Daddy..." He laughed and wiped the frosting off your nose, letting you go immediately after. Your wings outstretched quickly and you hovered off to the side. You watched your parents face each other, their faces inching closer and closer. Then the most disgusting thing happened... THEY STARTED KISSING!! 

You gave a grimace of disgust, letting out a loud 'EW!', before flying out of the kitchen, listening to the quiet chuckles of Rouge and Knuckles. You opened your bedroom door and closed it behind you as you went in. Sighing, you propped yourself up on the window sill, staring out into the garden. Something shiny caught your gaze, your curious side wanting to check it out. Carefully and quietly, you opened the window and flew out, landing on the ground unevenly, almost falling over. 

You looked around, your (E/C) orbs shining with wonder as you spotted the object. You picked it up and looked at it. It was emerald green and seemed to be a shard of something much larger than itself. Stuffing it into your pocket, you walked around the garden more, picking up any shards you found along the way. Eventually, you couldn't even hold them in your hands, let alone your pockets, so you flew back through the open window, dropping the shards onto your desk. The moonlight sent sparkling rays into your room as you closed the window. You turned back to the shards.

Each of them seemed to sparkle, as if wanting to outshine the others, making you stare in awe. You picked up two shards and held them together, noticing how they seemed as if they were meant to be like that. Curiously, you grabbed more and did the same thing, adding it to the previous shards. In the end, you had an green emerald. Knuckles had told you about these before. Candy Emeralds..? No.. They didn't taste like candy.. Cho..Cha..  Chaos- Chaos Emeralds! That's what they were called!
