my understanding: this quote is pretty clear. do not focus on the past but move forward. you have to understand if you have lost a lot of time in the past doing unnecessary things, and that's the case for everyone. the time lost is not the same for everyone, but it's still time wasted. in some it will be 2 years lost and in others 10 years lost, no matter how much time you have lost, as long as you live you can change the future, do not be sorry about your fate as you would lose again more time. but go ahead because it's never too late as long as you live you can change your life. Even if you have 5 years to live know that Jeff bezos has become a billionaire in 5 years, if you have 6 months 1 month you can do something.
