Zim's eyes open and widen as he quickly sits up and starts panting heavily as sweat is starting come across his skin. "Damn it! You just HAVE to remind Zim of the worst day of my life!?"
Zim looks around and saw Valarie, Harumi, Gir, Leo and Tori talking with Lily.
"How...how long have I been asleep?" Zim thought to himself, and then calls out, "Hey!"
Everybody turn their attention to Zim, where both Harumi and Gir gasp and run up to him as they jump on him.
"Zim-senpai!/Master!" Both Harumi and Gir shouted as they hug him tightly while Zim is gasping for air.
"Gu-guys...can't...breath!" Zim told them while struggling to breath, which is enough to stop them, making him finally taking a breather.
"Alright, so now we need to wait for that-" Tori suddenly interrupted as she spotted Aezira comes into the room, "There you fucking are!" She yelled at the succubus, who tilts her head in confusion.
"Huh? It's something the matter?" Aezira asked cluelessly, which pissed both Tori and Harumi.
"You nearly let Zim died!!!" Harumi shouted at her, which made the heiress make an 'O' expression.
"Ooohhh.... well, I have a good explanation for it."
"Explain. Now!" Tori demanded her, making the succubus takes a deep breath and shows a much more serious look to her face.
"Well... everything that happened back there is part of my plan." Aezira told them, making them even more confused.
"Ah... what the hell are you talking about?" Leo asked in confusion.
"I'm about to explain, my little boy~" Aezira told him seductively, "Now... ever heard of a phenomenon called Time Trigger?"
"... Time... Trigger...?" Valarie stuttered in shock, "I... I heard of that word before! Isn't that when a event that wasn't meant to happened in a certain timeline and then, once it happened three times, timeline becomes unpredictable, correct?"
"That is correct," Aezira confirmed it.
"I don't get it!" Gir announced.
"Alright, I'll make an example," Aezira said as she puts her hand on her hips, "In this timeline, Zim was meant to turn into the new Shadow Dragon alongside that Alter unit, but when Lily saved Zim from falling into the Abyss of Hell, thus causing a Time Trigger."
"Wait! So... that means..." Lily realised in shock as she stared at her, "Then... why didn't you save him instead?"
"Because Ate would get in the way," Aezira told in a dark and serious tone, "After all, Greek gods are way too prideful and arrogant for their own good, so the best way to destroy that pride is to crush their chance on winning and make them hopeless."
"... Damn..." Tori said, which Aezira flips her hair proudly.
"I know, well moving on," Aezira said, "So, to manipulate the goddess of mischief, I decide to make a bet to her where neither of us are allowed to interfere and if a Time Trigger happen on my side, naturally I won. This hurting her pride and her plan crumble into dust."
