Kalos Redone

Chapter 33

While the commotion was slowly coming down, one grunt jumped on Charizard's back causing him to go berserk. He accidentally swat Lysandre with his tail, and Lysandre dislodged into a branch which tore through his abdomen. The grunt didn't have much better luck as he was trampled under Charizard a second later.

Venusaur brought him down from the tree unable to see him in such pain and Lysandre noticed that he was lying in front of a grave. It was the only portion which was brown in colour.

"Remember this place, Lysandre?", I asked him and after a few seconds before of looking around, he realised.

"The....crash....here?", he asked me speaking with difficulty and I nodded my head cracking my knuckles.

"It's the same place where YOU killed my mom", I told him and his eyes widened in realisation.

"No.....matter. You....you'll kill me...right here...right now. But...all the data required....to carry out my plans....it's all in a safe place. No matter...HOW MUCH...you pull us down....we will rise...again and AGAIN", he told me.

I nodded my head and pulled out my PokeTab. After searching for a while, I connected with a certain trio who were casting the whole video in perfect quality. He looked at his base quizzically and slightly in fear.

"You were right, Lysandre. Fear does make everyone cower. 3....2....1.....BOOM!!", I told him and the second I said boom, the base exploded into flames, and Lysandre's eyes grew as wide as saucers.

"Don't get it?", I asked him and he shook his head.

"Die in suspense", I told him and smashed his head with my shotgun, splitting his skull apart.

"Good job, Ash. All of them are gone. I think it's time you go meet Serena. You've anyway taken a month to get to Kalos. She might be nearing her due date", Blaziken Mask told me and I sighed pulling down my mask.

"Knew it from the beginning, Ash", he told me smirking and I nodded my head.

"Tell Clemont and Bonnie I said hi, Mr. Spark", I told him and he looked at me flabbergasted.

"This conversation never happened", he told me and we parted our ways.

Time Skip

After a long gap, I wore normal clothes which didn't make me look like I was participating in a fancy dress competition.

After an hour, I reached her house and knocked the door nervously preparing my excuse but to my surprise, Delphox opened the door. Upon seeing me, her eyes grew starry and she brought me into a tight hug screaming her name.

Immediately, Greninja and Raichu came out of their Pokeballs. It was FAR more difficult to manage the Pokeballs now, as I had just tied them around my waist like a belt.

"I understand why Greninja has come out, but why you?", I asked Raichu who had gotten up on my shoulders. He suddenly jumped down to face me. He drew a ball with two of his fingers, pointed towards his left wrist and drew a line across his throat.

"You mean you won't stay in your Pokeball any more?", I asked him and he nodded his head folding his arms across his chest. Greninja meanwhile, was getting cosy with Delphox.

"Hey Delphox, where's mom and Serena?", I asked her. Yeah, I call her mom now. She thrust her stomach forward, and began to wail loudly. Then she pointed towards herself, and the house, then pointed towards me talking in Pokespeech every now and then.

"Serena's in labour and you're here just in case if I come home?", I asked her and she nodded her head.

"Which hospital?", I asked her and she pointed to Aquacorde Town in a map of Kalos. I let out all my Pokemon in the field except for Charizard, who had come back to his Charizard Y form and Raichu.

Time Skip

Upon reaching, I returned Charizard to his Pokeball and stormed into the reception causing the receptionist to cower.

"Excuse me, may I know the room where Serena Yvonne is in? She came about umm 3 to 4 hours back, labour pain?", I asked her and she began to check her computer.

"2nd floor, room number 221. You can use the life on my right to get there", she told me. I thanked her and ran to the lift with Raichu in tow. On reaching the room, I nearly displaced the door from its hinge nearly giving mom a heart attack.

"A...Ash? You've COME?", Mom yelled pulling me into the tightest hug I've ever been in. I noticed Serena sleeping, her bedsheet all crumpled. But, the sight which caught my eyes was the small bundle in Serena's arms.

"It's a girl!! Isn't it awesome? She's even cuter than Serena, when she was a baby", Mom told me squealing and I simply nodded my head, my heart in my throat. Mom went and carefully took her in her arms, not waking Serena and it was the first time I saw her. If there was one wish I could have, it would be to relive this moment each day when I wake up.

She had the same skin as Serena - the creamy white skin I loved, and she also had my lightning marks on her cheeks. But what was the colour of her eyes?

The second I asked the question in my mind, she opened her eyes. They were the same shade of amber, which me and my mom shared. The second she saw me, she squealed kicking her feet and Raichu cooed seeing her.

He immediately bent down and traced his finger on her cheek causing her to giggle and causing Raichu to coo once again.

"3 and a half hours of existence, and she's already a daddy's girl", Serena said waking up and reaching out to carry her. This however, wasn't well received by the young one who grew a bit cranky. Mom left the room saying was hungry, but I'm guessing it was an excuse to give us some private time.

"See what I mean?", Serena asked me and I took a seat near her. We sat in silence and she rested her head on my shoulder.

"Just...tell me this, Ash. Is it over?", she asked me breaking the silence, and I saw her eyes beginning to glisten. I just wrapped my arm around her shoulder and kissed the top of her head.

"It's done, okay? I'm SO sorry for just...leaving you and going behind those guys. I..", I trailed unable to complete and she just giggled lightly.

"Not bad, though. You're back as promised", she teased and kissed my cheek.

"What do you wanna name her?", she asked me and I shrugged my shoulders.

"That's up to you. Since I ditched you during your whole pregnancy, I'm not gonna open my mouth in this matter. It's all yours", I told her and she rolled her eyes.

"Wow! Nullified, huh?", she asked me and I had no answer. Then, she began to play with our child who was still trying to get into my arms much to Serena's dissatisfaction.

"I mean, COME ON! I had you inside for 9 months and you're running behind a guy who shows up only after you're here?", she asked her causing the little one to erupt into a giggle fit.

"Fine. Her eyes are the most beautiful part of her, so I'm gonna name her Amber. What do you say?", she asked me.

"Fine by me. Just a question, though. IF, she had inherited your blue eyes, would you have named her Blue? Or Fuschia perhaps?", I mocked her and she slapped me playfully.

"Still planning to be a Pokemon Master?", she asked me and I shrugged my shoulders.

"If there's anything I've learnt throughout my journey, it's that we may wish for many things. Some may come true, and some may not.  Apparently.....the ones which don't come true turn out to be even better", I told her and pressed my lips to her luscious ones after a LONG time.
