Cassedy's POV

I was blinded by people's hair flying everywhere. I tried running for cover so I wouldn't get my outfit wet but my fellow classmates were all running around like chickens running from a hungry wolf.

The boat flipped, just like that. The boat tipped and everyone fell to our doom. . .

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

I woke up with half my body in the water. The rest of my body from the waist and up was on sand. I propped myself up on my elbows.

What the?! Where am I?

The sun was shining in a cloudless sky. Everything was silent except for the waves. I was stranded.

Marianne's POV

I panicked. I know, I know, I shouldn't have panicked and I might have been able to help other people. But I couldn't. I knew I shouldn't have gone on this field trip. I just had to convince my mom.

When the boat tipped I really did think that I was going to die. No goodbyes, no hugs, just screams. Yet I didn't die. I was alive. I opened my eyes to an island. At first I thought I was alone, stranded on the island. Until I saw her, Cassedy. Ugh, that b*tch. She had to survive of all people?

No, I shouldn't be thinking like this. She survived. I'm not alone. And her parents won't have to cry when they find out she's dead.

I still rather she died though.

Cassedy actually sighed and chilled on the sand. Was she not worried at all?! I mean come on lady, you just survived a sinking boat and you're just chilling on an island who knows where! Your parents are probably in their wonderful mansion, and when they find out that this field trip has gone on for too long and that something's wrong they'll panic and worry their butts off for your life!

A few moments later, the brunette turned her head towards me. She rolled her eyes and frowned a really big frown. But somehow she still managed to look pretty. Awesome, just great . . .

Wait a second, I'm only thinking about Cassedy right now. I should be worrying about my dad. Not that beautiful beast!

Justin's POV

My brother slipped out of reach when the boat tipped. I stared into his green eyes, just like mine.

No!

I couldn't give up. I had to do something, I had to save him. Save myself.

I stretched my arms out towards him, our fingers touched but we were thrown apart by the waves.

"NO!" I screamed.

My head hit something hard and my vision went blurry. The waves carried me farther and farther away from my twin. Too late. Too late . . . I tried to swim to shore but all I could see was darkness and nothing else. Droplets of water rolled down my cheeks. Who am I kidding, my whole face was splashed with salt water. Soon my arms tired out from trying to swim. My legs went numb and everything went black. My last thought was that I lost my brother.

I love you, Mom. I love you, Dad. I love you, Julian. Goodbye.
