**Long Chapter**
**LAURENT POV**
Two Saturday's later, James, Todd, Michaela (Mick) and Angela (Ang) followed us into the city. We were going to Marbell Alps Lounge, pronounced Marble, for a night of karaoke. We had been once before and had a blast.
The place has new owners, new name and is totally different from what it use to be. It's now open, smoke free, bright, with two dining areas and lots of new policies in place. One being, non drinkers are given a silicone wrist band and provided with free, non alcoholic drinks and meals at half price. We parked up and strolled to the now black and white building, Angela (Ang) non-stop complaining (she hadn't been to the lounge for a while). We all entered Male voice: Welcome to Marbell Alps Lounge, enjoy your evening - cheerily Ang's jaw dropped as she looked around (see top pic) The place use to be dark, full of smoke and smokers, closed in and rowdy. As we made our way to the bar through the rocking crowd, we stopped in our tracks when we saw Sapphire (Sapp) and Kaitlyn (Kat), on stage bringing down the house to "Bad Medicine" by Bon Jovi and swallowed hard (see sample pic)

We saw tattoos on their backs disappearing below the waist band and firm flat bellies, before they were engulfed by the crowd on stage with them.
At the bar we asked for bottled fanta, told the barman we don't drink alcohol and were handed, this time, green neon wrist band's. We strolled about looking for our crew and froze when we felt a guy's arms wrap around each of us Familiar Male voice: Hi guys - we smiled and turned in the guys arms Before us was Jake. We hugged tight. He asked us to join him
**LARRY POV**
We followed Jake to the outdoor courtyard, the only designated smoking area and moved to a group of people who had re-arranged sofa's. The girls seated and guys seated atop the back rests Jake: Family, my friends Laurent (Lau) and Larry (Lar) . . . . . Laurent, Larry, my family - announcing They all stood up. All the girls were six foot or taller, they guys seven foot or taller. All the guys, except two, had features and complexions similar to Samson (Samm) and Samuel (Samy), and had on spectacles, lenses tinted.
We met and greeted Sapp and Kat's cousins and their wives, then Sapp and Kat's very handsome, best buddies Teddy (Ted) and Jason (Jay) and their belle wives Rosetta (Rosie) and Linda (Lin), then Kristopher (Kris), Kat's twin brother. He was the splitting image of Samm and Samy, they were all warm and welcoming, accents subtle, we joined them, Jake between us Frank: Jake had told us y'all and your friends always asked about our family and boys when y'all would visit New Orleans, for this we thank you - they all raise their bottled drinks We head bowed Kris: Our boy's have told us of your crazy workshops and shown us YouTube video's - starting a full on conversation filled with laughter
