*Bette POV*

We finished the show, Elsa had made us sing, never in the 24 years I have been connected to my sister had I known or even heard her sing!

But the melody that came out of her lips tonight was beautiful.
When we finished and the crowd cheered for us ,her, she had an unfamiliar aura to her.

She had a gleam in her eye, a shine to her hair and a grin of pride in her lips.

Tonight was amazing!

Everyone was lookin at me not her for once!

Even our good ol' momma used to let Bette over shadow me.

Bette was always the pretty glitzy one and I was the responsible prude.

I admired her for it though.

As soon as we got back to our tent we got ready for bed, the excitement of the show had us tired.

As we went to get undressed to bathe I noticed her cover her breast up.

"Dot why'd you do that?"

"Do what?"

"Cover your self!" I whined in annoyance.

"Well excuse me for covering my body!"

"Our!"

"Why are you so upset?"

"Because.."

"Bette tell me!"

"Why you're the one being secretive."

After our bath we got into our dark blue cotton night gown.

I was still confused as to why Bette was mad!

We laid down, and tried to sleep Bette was giggling in her sleep, I had half the mind to wake her ask why or tell her to stop.

I laid there on the bed ,listening to bed giggle, and staring at the roof of our tent.

"Mornin' Bette."

"Mornin' Dot." She giggled kissing me on the cheek.

"What's so funny" I ask trying not to sound too annoyed as we sat up.

"Just a good dream. That's all."

I started to brush my hair and think.

"Bout who?"

"No one."
Bette was powdering her cheeks with a dark rouge.

"Bette don't lie to me!"
I looked into her eyes through the reflection in the mirror.

"I have a crush. Is that enough!"

"Who? Jimmy? That freak who tried to buy us?" I joked swaying so she would drop her rouge brush.

"No its non of them! And who are we to call some one a freak!" She said in annoyance as we bent to get the brush

" Bette...tell me the truth. I'm your sister for heavens sakes!"

She looked at me in the mirror with sad knowing eyes that said more than words could.

"Is it a girl?" I asked quite as not to make her feel upset.

"Yes." She whispered embarrassed.
