It is a week later when my life falls apart.

It is not anniversary with Paul, and I am waiting on the beach for him in the outfit Leah picked out for me and the heels. I even let her braid my hair.

I look down at my phone, glancing at the time before I look back around. He is twenty minutes late.

He knows how I feel about late people. I absolutely, positively hate late people.

Leah appears out of nowhere an hour after he was supposed to get me, and I am sitting on the ground with my shoes off, crying.

"What happened?" She asks.

"You should ask what didn't happen. " I tell her as I get up, grabbing my stuff.

"What didn't happen?" She asks, confused .

"He didn't come. Not even to say he was late. He forgot. I told Sam that no matter what, not even if someone was dying, he wasn't supposed to do any wolf related thing today. And Paul didn't even text to say he couldn't make it. Leah, I thought life was supposed to be happy. I was wrong." I look at her sadly before I get in my car and drive home.

When I get there , I go straight to the bathroom and get out of the dress, unbraiding my hair and wiping the makeup off of my face. I take off the sexy languire I am wearing because I was going to give him my virginity tonight, not that he deserves it now.

I change into a pair of shorts and a big cardinal shirt that Dad hates wearing.

Then I go to my room and fall asleep, crying.
