nicole: we have to bullshit this to the max ok do you hear me and if they piss you off you have to stay calm because you violated you'll go straight back and serve 6 months santi

santiagos jaw dropped he wanted to punch something but emma squeezed his hand he shook his head

nicole: ok there gonna come pick you up your gonna say you went to school when you got confronted these guys threatened you and you had to make a run for it you called me and i told you to come home thats what i told them i told them i feared for your life and the school wouldnt have down anything so i told you to come home it was all on me there taking you in for testing and questioning then letting you out

santiago: testing i just took a hit from a blunt though

he nodded as she opened the door his dad walked to the backyard giving santiago and emma some privacy

santiago: go home and do your homework stay busy my mom will keep you posted

emma: if you get out come see me please ill leave my door open

santiago: i dont want you to get into any more trouble

she grabbed his face

nicole called for him he looked down and walked into the living room the cop grabbed him and put his arms behind his back emma stood there covering her mouth trying not to cry

he nodded the officers took him to there car

they walked outside and watched as they drove away emma waved to him he put his head down

nicole drove her home

nicole: your a strong girl and im proud of you the moment i get any news ill let you know ok i promise

emma: ok i wont be sleeping proabably so dont worry

she nodded as they parked infront of emmas house ..emmas hugged her and got down and watched nicole drive away ..emma unlocked the door and went into her house she closed the door and broke down all this over a stupid ass fight that wasnt even worth it all because of kimberly

emma went to her room and jumped into the shower she grabbed his jacket and wrapped her self in it and she watched tv she kept watching her phone but no news.. she was going crazy but she knew she had to stay strong ..she would look threw there pictures of them she couldnt help but smile ... night time came with no news or updates she wanted to scream .. she heard the garage door open and close emma didn't wanna deal with her mom she was in to much pain so she turned her tv on loud and pretended to be asleep her mom checked on her and closed the door ... it felt like time was going by so slow she was growing tired she lowered the sound on her tv when she heard a knock on her door..

she shot up and opened the door she wanted to scream
