Tamela POV(Into)

It was a cold night, it didn't feel right. I walked up to the window. Something was definitely not right. I snuck out of my cottage. The cold night air spread across my face. It was the year 1628. I lived in America, Virginia. My mother was one of the first Jamestown settlers. My father later joined in the year of 1607. My mother died in starving time while she was giving birth to me. My dad swore with everything he would protect me with his life. So he was a bit...overprotective. So I'd have to sneak out when my dad slept. Where you might ask? Out into the dark unknown forest. However, Today excelled my ever imagination! That faithful day was the day I'd be swallowed by nature and not come back in about 389
years. Yes, I have counted. My blond hair swirled in the wind as I ran deeper in to the forest. I had never been this deep into the forest, so I had thought of heading back. Then, I saw a woman covered in Oak leafs and vines, tall too. She was far ahead so I hadn't been able to see much. At that moment I had thought it was an Indian or a prank. But I had second thoughts. As I eyed her I noticed the woman her self looked green! I hadn't brought any weapons to protect myself from her. And it did not help I didn't go hunting with my father often. To me hunting was cruel, I'd rather stay home than watch an innocent animal die. I looked around...no one else was there. If she'd try to kill me it would be perfect. No one would witness it and I was to deep into the woods for any person to hear my screams. Also, not to mention I was a pacifist and wouldn't hurt a fly. I turned and prepared to run. Before I could think vines wrapped around my legs and pulled me to a hole in the ground. I struggled yet useless. "This is it" I thought to myself, "I'm going to die here". All I could do was accept what was coming my way. Death. When I fell in the cold, damp bottom of the hole at first I felt pain...bloody, bloody pain. After a while something started to spread across my skin. Turning it into something cold and stiff. The process was slow and left my whole body with an unknown mineral. There was some pains. Yet the pain quickly faded when it became the stiff hard material. This is what preserved me for 389 years and also kept me alive after time. That was until four other people dug me up and soon my friends for life.

Now that what you call research heavy! Ughhhh ok I'm done
