~ the horizon ~ (Dedicated)

I'm calling everyone here,
I've got new horizons to share.

Horizons where we'll be free,
To express our desires, do you agree?

Such horizons where no one does bind,
Us in shackles, did you ever find?

Well you won't because such place,
Don't exist when reality we get to face.

The horizons which appear all promising ,
Suddenly turn dark.,all smiles go missing.

The freedom of speech is curbed,
By social considerations, like a wire barbed.

It'll sting when we try to reach there,
Towards that horizon, I tried to show here.

Didn't I just promise, to show you that horizon?
Well you must be thinking, why did I beckon?

I've found such a dimension, where you're free,
Don't believe me? Hold my hand and see.

That horizon is called a story, that heaven cloud,
Yes friends, they are places where you speak loud.

The places where you speak through someone's voice,
People can't blame you, they have no choice.

You reflect the society, condemn its vice,
Before speaking in here, you rarely think twice.

Because it's not you who's speaking in this realm,
It's just a character, a cardboard cutout, serene calm.

Nobody can blame him, he's just another man,
Now just drive in the message you can.

People rarely follow teachings when pointed at them,
But like to enjoy others, and realise, they're the same.

And it's there that everything can be spoken,
But mind you, your rights come with restrictions taken.

Hurting others, causing violence,
Never write something leading to intolerance.

Once you do that... The writing loses its meaning,
Turning the sunlight horizon into Styx seeming.

Thus go ahead guys, explore that new horizon yourselves,
And let me go back to where in mirth my heart delves.
