Your challenge is to tell the story of the recovery process for a character in a new relationship after escaping an abusive one. Does the abused character recover and stay with their saviour, or does something destroy that dream...? Remember, you're not telling the story of the abuse. You can flash back to it, but it shouldn't be the focal point. This takes place after the victim has left the abusive relationship. (The abuser doesn't have to be a canon character, they don't even have to appear in the story)
