They're a closed species everywhere else except FrameCast, if you're a friend and want to make one all you do is have to ask and I'll make an exception.
They can be any colour, any animal, can be based off of anything
Can even be a dragon, yes they can have wings or little nubs for feet, unless you just want them to hop around.
Heck my friend based theirs off a clock, looks like those but had an actual clock for a pupil.
