Lauren's POV: Chapter 1
I was just accepted into the college of my dreams! But the only thing I was afraid of was who I would have to room with. I had been trying to come out to my parents, but I can't. I know they will not accept it. So I ignored the problem, and drove down to start my new year at the University.
I made it to my dorm, as I opened the door my roommate had already been settling in.
"Hello.." I said
"Oh hey, I'm Camila" she said
"Hey Camila, I'm Lauren" I said "Looks like were roommates huh?"
"Yep!" She said
I told her we should probably get to know each other since we would be living with each other for a while, we talked for a while until I felt comfortable and then I had to tell her, I couldn't keep lying to everyone I met, so I did it. I told her I was gay. I was scared to death and it didn't help when she started yelling and ran out of the room. I started crying, but then I realized it was for the best. I figured she'd gotten a new roommate.
The next day, after I got back to my room after my morning classes, I opened the door and there Camila was, standing there, staring at me...
