Having a positive attitude in Managing Organizational behavior is a must. Being a manager means being the head or the leader of the company or any business. You are the water that gives life to your plants. In other words your workers will have their courage and inspiration by you as a role model. Many circumstances that a business fail. Why? Is it because of the employees or workers or is it because of the manager or the owner?

There will be a times that an employee will try to cheat on your business and try to steal something, but as the owner you have to check often your business. Being the owner you take all of the risk but you have to be meticulous. You give trust to your workers, so that they will trust you also, but there will always be limitations. It is your job as the owner to be careful.

In dealing your costumers there is a saying that "costumers always right". We all know that not all of the costumers are right, but as a manager you have to maintain being a professional. Yes, sometimes costumers are abusing there rights but being a manager you possess a longer patience. Just try to understand them and provide a good service. In that way you also maintain the reputation of your business. Smiling and greeting your costumers is also a charm. In that simple way you call the attention of the costumers and create a good vibes and good ambiance. "First impression last" as they say. If you are approachable they will find you comfortable, they will always come back for your service. This is the power of your charm. Even your competitors have a better product or less expensive products but having a negative attitude costumers will always choose to buy your products.

Of course, your costumers will not know what you are selling or you are selling something if you will not tell them. You have to advertise. In a big businesses or companies they use commercials, billboards and other advertising strategies, but for small businesses you just have to advertise in front of your business. How? Calling the attention of the costumers. Like "ma'am, sir we have something here, for only (price), you'll have this (product)" this will let them know that you are selling something. The best and simplest example is selling "balot". A balot seller will just shout "balot balot" and it is a way of advertising his product. In that way the costumers will know that he sells balot.

In business there will always be ups and downs. There will be a times that your business is on fire and there will be a time that your business is on critical edge. Being optimistic is a best attitude of being a manager. Your workers will get their strength from you, so you have to be a metal steal that can't be shaken. Always find a solution and always believe that there is a solution.
