before you get invested

before you get invested in me you need to know that i'm a damaged and scared girl.

i've gone through things that most haven't.
i've been hurt a lot.
so please don't worry when i don't trust at first but if you give me the time i need i will love and i will love strong.

my past experiences do not call me weak but strong because i am still here.
my past experiences do not label me but have just brought me to who i am now.
and if you can't look past any of it, my gates are not welcoming.

before you get invested know i have a temper and anxiety, and a list of problems but by me opening my gates to you, that means i'm giving you the power to shatter everyone of them.

so please just don't hurt me like the last one did.
