It's okay to feel, embrace it. 

You're only human. It's understandable to be stressed about that test tomorrow. It's okay to get worried about your cat sitting alone at home. It's just fine. We all have issues, no issues is less important than anyone else's, Everyone's feelings are valid. 

We all have to remember, that no matter how stressed we are. At the end of the day, we just need to drink a tall glass of water, take a breath, and say it's okay. That it's just fine. Tomorrow will be a different day. 

So many emotions course through our body each and every day, we just need to focus on the good ones. Good vibes are what make the world a better place. Hold onto the smiles and the laughs, even if they only last for a second. 

A second of smiling, means much more than a lifetime frowning.
