Itachi moved some of Sasuke's hair away from his face " Naruto, is alive and we'll live happily ever after " thought Sasuke as he laugh just slightly " Sasuke, are you alright " questioned Itachi as he narrow his eyes towards Sasuke who stop laughing but then he backed away when Sasuke looked up at him with dull eyes " so Sasuke " said Itachi but he stopped midway before he took a deep breath " you don't remember Naruto " asked Itachi " Naruto, who's Naruto, why are you bring him up " yelled Sasuke making Itachi eyes widen as he slowly backed away some more " I'm gonna go check on Hinata " said Itachi before he ran out the room " Naruto isn't dead, he's alive. yes alive " thought Sasuke as his eye twitched a little but he ended up laughing again 

Itachi closed the door behind him then he walked a few feet before he ran into Hinata and the doctor, she went to look for " Tachi, why are you out here and not inside with Sasuke " questioned Hinata but Itachi just ignore her " doctor, i think there's something wrong with my brother " said Itachi making the doctor raise an eyebrow " what do you mean " questioned the doctor " well, he doesn't remember his boyfriend then he started to laugh all of a sudden and it was creepy " explained Itachi " lets go check on your brother " said the doctor making both Hinata and Itachi nod. the doctor, Hinata and Itachi made their way towards Sasuke room but as soon as they stood in front of Sasuke's door, they heard him laughing which cause them to look at each other before the doctor opened the door " Sasuke " called out the doctor making Sasuke snap his head towards them " so " said Itachi before he stopped midway " we're gonna stay outside so good luck " continued Itachi as he pushed the doctor inside of Sasuke's room " wait " said the doctor as he turned around but it was too late because Itachi closed the door behind him. the doctor sigh just slightly before he heard laugher behind him making him turn around slowly but he ended up shivering in fear when Sasuke laugh as he tilt his head " there's no going back " thought the doctor before he walked over towards Sasuke bed

an half an hour later, the doctor came out with a deep sigh " so doctor how's my brother " asked Itachi when he realize that the doctor was standing in front of him " has anything happen recently " questioned the doctor making Itachi tilt his head just slightly " what do you mean " asked Itachi " well, has Sasuke been acting weird lately, did he brake up with his boyfriend recently " ask the doctor as he raised an eyebrow when he notice that Itachi and Hinata glance at each other " well " said Hinata as she started off the conversation " Sasuke been depressed for a few months " continued Itachi making the doctor nod " Sasuke's boyfriend broke up with him after a misunderstanding that was never cleared before he left to Boston " finish Hinata making Itachi nod just slightly " wait, Boston!! that place where the bombing went off " questioned the doctor " yea " mumbled Itachi as he looked away " if you don't mind me asking, how did the accident happen " asked the doctor " well " said Itachi as he started to tell the whole story from the beginning to end but it only made the doctor stress level go up

it was 12 in the afternoon in Boston and Naruto was staring at his ceiling with nothing to do " can i come in " questioned Sai as he knocked on the door but Naruto didn't answer him " Naruto " said Sai as he looked at Naruto with worry eyes " so Sakura and the baby are going great but she still has to stay in the hospital for another month, just to make sure everything is good " continued Sai as he rub the back of his head " why don't i bring her here " said Sai before left to get Sakura. after 10 mins had passed, Sai came back with Sakura who was in a wheel chair " i'll leave you two alone " said Sai before he patted Sakura on her back " please talk with him " whispered Sai making Sakura nod but once Sai left, Sakura looked at Naruto who was just staring at the ceiling 

Sakura just stared at Naruto before she took his hand " hey Naruto " said Sakura as she gave him a small message on his knuckles " i never got a chance to thank you, you know  said Sakura before she place Naruto's hand on her stomach " thank you Naruto for saving your nephew, thank you, Naruto " cried Sakura making Naruto turned his head towards her when he felt something abnormal on his hand " is the baby kicking " questioned Naruto making Sakura look up before she nodded " yes " cried Sakura before she notice tears rolling down Naruto's face " thank god " whispered Naruto before he turn his head towards the other side but ended up looking back at Sakura " i can't do this Sakura " cried Naruto as he looked at Sakura in the eyes " but you're not doing this alone, you have me " said Sakura as she gave Naruto's hand a little squeeze " and you also have Sai " continued Sakura but she notice that Naruto chuckled a little " what's so funny " questioned Sakura as she raised an eyebrow " Sai isn't that reliable " said Naruto making Sakura sweat-drop but then all of a sudden both Sakura and Naruto heard the door open " I'm reliable " yelled Sai as he pouted " of course, you are honey " said Sakura as she turned her head towards Sai but then she smiled just slightly when she heard Naruto mumble ' lier '

Itachi was sitting on the edge of Sasuke's bed while Hinata slept on the couch but there was an awkward silence between them until Sasuke spoke " so when can i leave this crap place " said Sasuke making Itachi eye twitch " in 2 weeks " said Itachi as he glance up at Sasuke who sigh " so in 2 weeks i could go back to school " questioned Sasuke making Itachi eyes widen before he slightly nodded " yes! school " said Itachi as he rubbed his forearm but he didn't notice that Sasuke narrowed his eyes towards him " whats wrong " questioned Sasuke " nothing, little brother " said Itachi as he smiled just slightly then he tap Sasuke's forehead with 2 fingers but Sasuke ended up slapping Itachi's hand away before he glared at him

2 weeks 

Sasuke was sitting on the edge of his bed while he waited for Itachi to come pick him up " what's taking him so long " mumbled Sasuke before he threw himself on the hospital bed " Sasuke it's time to leave " said Itachi as he stood in the door way " finally " said Sasuke as he picked himself up " come on Sasuke, there's a long drive ahead of us " said Itachi making Sasuke tilt his head just slightly but he didn't question it. 3 hours passed and Itachi was still driving but as each min passed, Sasuke's eye twitch " are we there yet " yelled Sasuke as he turned towards Itachi " actually, we are here " said Itachi as he pulled up on an unknown drive way " wait " said Sasuke as he looked around " this isn't our house " continued Sasuke before he notice that Itachi was taking off his seatbelt " Itachi " questioned Sasuke but Itachi didn't answer him which made Sasuke uncomfortable 

Sasuke gip his seatbelt when he noticed that Itachi was opening the trunk of his car from the review mirror but his eyes widen when he saw that Itachi took out a black suitcase " what's going on " thought Sasuke but he snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the passenger door open " come on Sasuke, let's go " said Itachi as he held the door for Sasuke " where are we " questioned Sasuke as he looked around once again " you'll find out in a few mins " said Itachi making Sasuke nod just slightly but he took his time unbuckling his seatbelt. Sasuke made his way out of the car then he took a better look around but he frown when he notice that he was surrounded by trees and a lot of it. Itachi please his hand on Sasuke's shoulder when he notice that Sasuke looked scare " Itachi, are you planning on killing on " questioned Sasuke making Itachi chuckle " no, I'm not gonna kill you " said Itachi as he smirk " yea, right " mumbled Sasuke as Itachi gave him a little push forward " why are we here " questioned Sasuke as he looked up at Itachi who looked down at him but Sasuke notice that Itachi looked sad 

Itachi decide to keep quite until they reach the double doors. once the doors open, a man in his late 50's dressed in a white coat with white hair that reached below his lower back was waiting for them " Mr. Uchiha " questioned the white hair man as he extended his arm towards Itachi " yes and you must be Jiraiya " questioned Itachi as he shook Jiraiya's hand " yes i am " said Jiraiya but then he turned towards Sasuke " and you must be Sasuke " questioned Jiraiya as he extended his arm towards Sasuke " hn " sounded Sasuke as he glared at Jiraiya not once taking Jiraiya hand to shake " well then, i better get going " said Itachi as he gave Jiraiya, Sasuke's suitcase before he turned to face his little brother " goodbye Sasuke " said Itachi as he started to get teary " where are you going!! just what is this place " yelled Sasuke when he saw Itachi turn his back towards him " I'm sorry, little brother " said Itachi as he walked away " Itachi " yelled Sasuke as tears started to roll down his face when he felt that Itachi was abandoning him " let me go " yelled Sasuke when he felt someone grabbing his arms " big brother, you can't leave me here " yelled Sasuke as he was taken away by two guys dressed in white " I'm so sorry Sasuke " thought Itachi as he tried to block out all of Sasuke screaming " please forgive me " thought Itachi once the doors closed behind him
