The frog heart is a delicacy from Japan, and involves a frogs heart being eaten while it is still beating. The cook will take the live frog, and cut it open in front of you, giving you the warm, still beating heart, then he will cut up the rest of the frog and make raw frog sashimi, witch is a cold dish, and as previously stated raw. You really have to have a sumac of steel to ingest this meal!
