fly away

In a world full of hurt,
I'll never leave,
I won't stop you from breaking,
But i will be there when your heart is bleeding,
I'll put enough pressure to stop it from bleeding threw,
But i won't get you threw it.

You'll still feel the pain,
My words worn as perfume,
My voice soft as the pillow you rest your head on,
I wont let you get to close,
Because I don't want you to hurt,
But I'll allways be there for you.

I'll be on the sideline,
Waiting to see you smile,
Waiting to see your pretty little wings,
Helping you build up the courage,
You can fly now,
Soar out of this lil old town.

Why don't you?
Why do you stay?
When you could fly away,
But you choose to stay safe.
