All he wanted was a companion,
Someone to love,
Someone to show him how to love,
He gave all of his heart,
All of his hopes and shared all of his fears.

He was so worried about loosing grip,
All he needed was to slip back into the past,
He didn't think about himself so all he got was broken promises,
All he gave was his heart,
His head was in space.

All he wanted was to give space,
Call him a discrace,
Everyone else did,
Wrong time, right place.

Some people see the problems but where was the solution?
Where was the confusion coming from?
What was going threw there heads?

Two boys hurt,
Both by the men they were scared of becoming,
So they skipped the talking thinking no one knew,
They went down separate paths,
Thinking they were too different,
But in reality they were almost the same.

Frightened by the sight of themselves they ran,
Running from themselves,
Hurting eachother,
All they wanted was to love eachother but all they could have loved had been gone.
