Chapter Twenty Four || I'd Love To

We walked on stage it was time to perform. I silently walked on stage, the crowd cheered for both of us. I looked through the crowd as they cheered and shook their light sticks.

Yoongi: hello army and buddies! We are here to perform distance.

Yoongi looks over to me and smiles. I smile back, as the lights dim to darkness. The music starts as I start my melody.

Minji: first dates, all of my firsts. Could this be fate? Even at our worst, my love showed through.

I looked over to Yoongi and start walking towards him.

Minji: I had you and you had me. We went together like glue. Didn't know it'd fall through.

I took the mic away from my mouth as Yoongi took over. The rest of the song was a blur. Till the end of the show. I was too busy watching him rap. He seriously has gotten much better. The ending verse now is upon us.

Minji: just needed distance between us.

Yoongi: who knew it'd fix the fuss?

We were Now beside each other on stage. Looking Dead at each other.

Minji: who knew it'd fix us?

The lights turned to the dark state they were at. We both rushed off stage so the next performance could commence.

We made it to the backstage, busy make up artist rushed about. We stopped and looked at each other. Yoongi took my hands in his smiling.

Yoongi: you did great Minji!

Minji: it's all because of you!

I smiled back at him before wrapping him and a big hug. He was warm on my skin.

Yoongi: Minji I've been meaning to ask you something, but we've never had the time....

He let go of me, looking down nervously at his feet.

Yoongi: would you like to—

Before he could finish his sentence I kissed him. The familiar feeling of his soft skin on mine gave me chills. I melted into him, as he did the same. After a couple seconds, I broke the kiss.

Minji: I'd love to.

Ok guys so there is a book three in the works, I can't wait to post it. I'll start posting when I get atleast 15 chapters written. I've already got like 8 as of writing.
