~Flashback~
Lei's POV:
For years I've been stuck in this Hospital getting treated.

"Are you okay?" The nurae asked and I nodded

"You can go now roam around the hospital" I smiled and she also did

"Be careful okay? Don't go to fast" I nodded and rolled over with my wheel chair towards the door

"Be back on 12 noon okay? Because we have to do a check up on you again" I nodded and excited my room

'Its so nice to be out on the four counter room!!' I thought and started to go faster

"Woahh" I said and suddenly I saw a boy standing in front of me

I stop in front of him and he look down on me. The boy smiled and hand out his hand

"Hello I'm Huang Ren Jun" He greeted and I smiled while accepting his hand

"I'm Yan Lei" I said and he suddenly look at my wheel chair

"Why are you on a wheel chair?" He asked and I avoid hia glaze

"I...I.." I wasn't able to answer him because I was to ashamed and scared at the same time

"No, it's okay you don't need to tell me, wanna sit on the couch?" I nodded and he grab the push handle and puah me towards the couch

"Do you want me to carry you or you're just going you stay there?" He said and I shook my head

"I'll just stay here" I said and he smiled

"Okay then" He said

After for months Renjun would always visit me, we became best friends after then and we would always tell each other secrets and all that stuff but today I feel that I have to tell Renjun on what I'm really doing here in this hospital.

I remember when I was about to open the door of my room when I heard my parents talking about me going to survive this sickness, my mom was crying and dad was comforting her.

"Lei~ I'm here" I heard the door open and saw Renjun carrying something behind his back

"What's that behind your back?" I said nad he pouted

"Busted" He said as he sat down beside my bed

"It's okay but I have to tell you something" I said and he nodded

"Yeah anything but I have to give you this" He said and bring out a cake box

"Oh! It's a cake~" I said and he smile

"I knew you like cakes" I chuckled and he put the cake on the coffee table

"Everybody likes cakes Renjun" I said and he nodded

"What was that you're going to tell me?" He asked and I sighed

"I'm sick..." I said and he look at me as if I was joking

"Of course you're sick that's why you in this room right now" I sighed again and cups his face

"I have Cardiomyopathy...Renjun I'm sorry that I didn't told you sooner because I was sacred...I didn't know how would you react I-" Renjun cut me off (A/N: Guys Cardiomyopathy is a disease where your heart have a hard time on pumping blood

"I know.." My eyes widen and he look down

"I overheard you parents talk about you having Cardiomyopathy" I look at him and he smiled

"It's okay I will still be your friend no matter what" I smiled back and he chuckles

"Oh yeah I'm about to go on a surgery tomorrow..." I heard him gasp and he nodded

"Well let's make most of this day shall we?" I smiled while nodding

"I want to make a promise with you.." I said and Renjun looking at me

"What promise?" He asked while grabbing some piece of the cake

"Can you promise me that you won't tell anyone that I'm sick?" I asked and he nodded

"I promise"

Renjun's POV:
I can't lose Lei, I can't let her die. I ruffled my hair in frustration and sigh

"Hyung it's okay Lei is going to be alright" Chenle comforted me and I sigh

"I hope so.." I said and he nodded

"Of course she's going to alright because she is a strong Noona" Jisung said and I smile

"She is" I said and they nodded

'Lei's a strong girl she survive her surgery and I hope she will survive' I thought 

The doctor finally come out, we all stood up and crowded the doctor

"Who is Ms. Yan's relative? Boyfriend?" The doctor asked 

'Should I tell them now?' I thought and started thinking twice about telling everybody that I'm Lei's boyfriend? Or just keep my own promise not telling everyone about our relationship?

"I'm her cousin" Manager Hee said and I look at her, she winked and they doctor nodded, I look at the doctor's name tag and his name is 'Dr. Kang Dong Joo' (A/N: Romantic Doctor Kim!! Kang Dong Joo is Sehun's long lost brother, just kidding but he looks like Sehun)

"Okay Ms. Yan Lei past out because of low blood sugar and she was too tired" I sighed and look down

'Aish Lei is back again with her bad eating habits' I thought and the Doctor let Manager Hee in

"Who's going next after Manager Hee?" Mark hyung asked and I raise my hand

"I will" Everybody look at me; Shock

"Why?" Haechan asked and I bit my lower lip

"Wait you only bite you lip when you're nervous..." Jisung said and I mentally crused

'Damn you online profile websites for knowing everything about me' I thought and they all smirk

"Nothing I was just nervous about what wrong about Lei you know I'm worried as a friend" I said and they still looked at me like I was lying which I am

"Oh Yeah you are worried about her as a 'friend' " Jeno said while quoting 'friend' 

"Oh shut up I just want to go first alright" I snap they finally give up

"Okay then you can go in geez" Mark hyung said with his English accent and I nodded

"Okay I will be going now" I said and they sat down again

Suddenly Manger Hee went out with tears falling down from her eyes

"What happen Manager Hee?" Mark hyung asked as she sat down on the bench

"Lei...She's sick"
