Chapter 9 • Snowsledding

Vanessa Pov

I change into my bra and panties then changing to a long sleeve thick shirt, warm thermal leggings under then black sweatpants on top as well as thermal thick socks and snow boots. I leave my hair curly down and put a beanie on with gloves and a scarf. I out on my thick snow jacket. Supposedly it's like only 5 degrees outside and we're gonna be all in the snow so I need to be prepared.

Justin out on smilies but you know for guys "for a Baddie from Miami I'm suprised you dressed right since you've never been in the snow" Justin chuckles looking at me. I roll my eyes giggling and help him out on his gloves and we go to the car in the garage. Omg I'm about to see the outside world and especially  the snow. I've never seen snow in real life except from the window in my room. He puts the child lock on and go over a few rules with me

"I'm trusting you today babygirl cause you've been so goo sweetie... if you see someone you need to pretend I'm your boyfriend and your name today is Victoria Cruz, your missing sign is in every state and soon there gonna declare you as dead, we don't wanna ruin that now do we? " He says kissing me . Right when he says that I zone it remembering my mom and home

"Vanessa did you hear me?" He says and I nod about to cry. To be honest I don't wanna ruin today by talking about home before he cancels today, I wanna have fun today and go outside just for once. I nod

"U-Um we forgot the snowsleds and I need to use the bathroom" I say and he nods telling me I can go. I go to the bathroom first and break down crying "I-I miss you mommy, and I love you so much, I wanna be with you" I cry outloud wishing she can hear me but the thing is, I know she can't. I quickly wash my face and single drying it and applying moisturizer. I get the snowsleds in the storage closet and I see a snowled for Jason , I get the helmet and snow glasses for him and I put them in the trunk

"Thanks baby" He says as we're both buckling our seatbelt and he puts in the radio listening to music after driving for a while  the music goes to commercial "your listening to hot Montana Music pop and hip hop" it says and my eyes widen "omg we're in Montana... we're in Montana!!!!!!!! " I say in my head so excited. For months I've been wanting to know what state I'm in so I can get help if I ever get to a phone. I found out!!!! I start getting so happy I shriek so excited

"Wow your really excited to be in the snow babe?" He looks over laughing and I smile nodding, I'm excited for the snow but more excited to know what state I am. We park the car in the parking spot "this looks like an abandoned place" I say looking around in the car

"It is, this used to be a popular tourist place to go snow sledding and do other things but it close down, only some people come but rarely anyone" He says and I nod. We get out the snow and I bed down touching the snow "oh my god" I say so happy finally touching snow. "Race you up the hill!" He laughs and I look up and the different level hills were gonna snowsleds down today. We grab out snowsleds "ready set go!" I scream and we run so fast up the hills laughing and lowkey breathing hard cause it's hard enough to run up a hill, imagine in the thick snow. Of course he makes it up the will first. He pulls out a water from his backpack "here babygirl" he pants having me drink some water to catch my breathe and I give it to him for him to drink.

"Come let's get ready" Jason says and we both go on the snowsled and both race down and I make it down first and we go back and forth all day long for hours and it's the most fun I've had in months.

"This is so fun!!!!!" I scream going down laughing and he follows going down behind me . We're covered in snow cause all day we've been playing around honestly like little kids. We've been snowsledding and he snow boarded a bit. We had snowball fights,made snowmen, made snow angels. We go to the car blasting the heater and we dry off a bit making out in the car also of course.

I'm shivering so much. We go to the back seat cuddling a bit and watching Netflix on his laptop. He puts a blanket over us and during the movie I fall sleep. He goes to the from driving and picks me up when we get home changing me and putting me in bed. I'm a very deep sleeper.

I woke up when he was changing me to my pjs but I went to sleep automatically. I was so tired from all that energy used today.
