Clary POV
As we drive to Luke's , Jaces arms slip around my waist I just assume it's so her won't fall so I let it slide. We finally come to the old police station and get off my bike. I hide it off to the side but not before grabbing my weapons belt out of the storage area .
"Ready , wait why do you have a weapons belt?" Jace asks "hey they are werewolves I may be at good terms with some but the doesn't mean all ." I state likes it the stupidest thing he has ever said . He frowns and follows me.
I knock once, then three times , then twice and the door opens. Maia A close friend of mine , she is dating Jordan a predator and is very help full when I need to track down rouge downworlders .
"Hey clary , are you here to meet with Luke ?" She asks "yeah , and don't worry I know my way ." I say before walking off then I hear "wait a minute who are you." Maia asks jace "don't worry maia he is with me " I say back jace sighs in relief.
We walk down a corridor to Luke's office " so" jace says " I heard Maia say Luke does he happen to be the shadowhunter that changed .?" He asks . I get a little mad people thinks it's Luke's fault he changed it's not . "Yes and if you bring it up I will crack your neck."
I speak sternly , I see jace nod in the corner of my eye. We arrive at Luke's office door I knock and wait . Luke opens it with a worried expression "oh thank god , clary you are an hour late I started to think you ran into trouble ." Luke says and pulls me into a hug , Luke is like the only family I have so I hug back.
I pull back when I remember jace "Luke this is Jace Wayland , he is the reason I was late . " I say sticking a finger at him . Luke scowls at jace , jace shrinks back and Luke and I burst into laughter "what ." He demand we keep on laughing.
"Well alright clary let's start this meeting shall we." Luke says and walk inside us following . After talking and finalizing there us no rogue werewolves Luke says "clary may I speak with you alone ." I nod and turn to jace.
"Just wait outside." He nods and gives away "what?" I ask "Sebastian , he is back."
"WHAT!" I scream
