20. Yeah I'm Sure

Corey: "What?"

I noticed Landon toss a little before his eyes opened, going rather wide as he looked up and saw us standing in the kitchen.

Landon: "Fuck, Nathan said I wouldn't have to worry, sorry."

Corey: "It's fine we know you, but why are you here and not in your place?"

Landon: "I ended up in a huge altercation and had to leave."

Corey: "But it's your house?"

Landon: "Half mine, the other half is fucking Ryan's, he took my shit out of the main bedroom and moved it all into the smaller one simply because he wanted the ensuite."

Michael: "I'd probably yell and scream as well. Granted my situation was different but eh."

He didn't even stop to ask me if I was OK, he just stood there. Maybe he believes her? I mean, she's his sister. I know those two have been close for a long time but, I would have thought she would have accepted me by now.

I let my head fall forward until it hit the bench top, causing me to let out a surprised exclamation, I will never get over how high these things were.

Landon: "Nathan let me sleep on the couch for now seeing as I got no sleep last night."

Corey: "That sucks."

Michael: "I'm going to head back now, Jay should be home so she will be at least semi tolerable. I'll talk to you later Corey, Good luck Landon."

Landon: "Same to you man."

As I exited his place, feeling bad that he was here for GRA and yet his place was probably the furthest away from everyone else, but At least that gave him his own time to do what he wants. I walked back to my room with the paper at my nose. Only to find Caitlin and now Simon leaning on either side of it.

Michael: "Why are you guys still there?"

Simon: "Caitlin told me and Lewis what happened, He went to administration to let someone know but I doubt they will do anything unless you go up and see them yourself."

Michael: "Not really my top priority right now. I just want to sleep, why don't you guys go head back home, Caitlin Vik has been in a weird mood, he might want someone to talk to."

Simon: "Are you sure? She's already hit you once."

Michael: "I'll be fine Si but thanks. I live here. She can't kick me out of my own place."

Caitlin: "That's definitely one way to look at it, alright good luck Michael, if you need anything."

Michael: "Simon lives near by, I'll just scream."

Simon: "Scream and everyone will come running. Pretty sure everyone around here likes you."

Michael: "Thanks Si. Alright I'll see later Caitlin yeah?"

Caitlin: "Yeah, OK."

She seemed a bit hesitant and to be completely honest, I don't blame her. As I pulled my keys out and unlocked the door, I walked inside and placed them on the small plate I bought specifically for that reason. I noticed Jay wasn't around again but his sister was on the couch, completely ignoring me. You know what, I'll take it. I walked past her and into our room, Finding Jay resting on the bed his back facing towards me. I walked over to my drawers and pulled out a change of clothes, heading into my shower and changing out of my bloody shirt and slightly stained shorts. Throwing the blood soaked paper into the bin before running the water, I stepped in and just honestly wanted to clean off the blood and shit from my face. I'm glad I bought a hung Mirror for the shower, it doesn't steam up so I've had it for a few years now. It's great for when I need to shave. When I finished washing myself clean and getting rid of the dry blood, I changed and then walked back into my room to see him now sitting up and watching me.
