"Five more minutes!" My teacher yells to her class, "Whatever you don't finish will count as a zero!" I hastily mark in any answers I knew and guessed on the rest.
Oh god I'm dead if I fail this
"Aaaannnddd, Time! Pencils down!"
Ugh, who am I kidding, of course I failed. I barely knew what was happening today. I hope Vanessa goes easier on me today. I don't want another migraine.
I turn in my work and quickly meet up with my best friend, Jessie. "Jessie, I failed it..." I begin, "At 5 more minutes I barely had 25 of the 40 done! I guessed on many of them." "Hon, I'm sure you'll be fine. How about you come to my place tonight? Escape the wrath of your parents for a little bit.
-Time skip cuz I'm lazy and tired-
"1609... 1611... 1613! This is the place!" I knock on the door and wait. After two minutes, I knocked again. No response. I was about to head home when I heard whisper-yelling coming from her back yard. "Psssttt! Come here (Y/N)!" You spot Jessie crouching near her fence, "(Y/N) hurry!" You sprint over to your friend and look at her confusedly. "Jessie, what are we doing here at 8:00 Isn't your family supposed to be eating right now?" "I told them I had to go get something, just look through this hole in the fence!" You peer through the tiny hole and spot a green haired man searching his backyard for something. "What'cha looking for?" You blurt out without thinking. Jessie shoots you a I-swear-you-better-not-get-us-in-trouble glare. You slowly begin to look back through the hole and he spots you. You blush like crazy and roll into a bush.

Who was that? More importantly, why is she watching me? "What are you lassies doing?" You shout. In response, you hear rustling in a bush. You decide to walk over and see who it was. You spot a brightly colored hoodie amongst the green bush. " I do see ya, ya know." What are they doing? Ugh, I give up. "Ya know what, I don't care anymore. G'night lassies."

"Wait!" In fear if never seeing him again, you stupidly yell for him to come back. What have I gotten myself in to?
