Chapter 55

JESSICA'S POV

"Jessica!!"

I heard someone calls my name. I immediately look at where I heard that deep voice and I saw Kim Taehyung waving their hands to me. Actually no one knows that Taehyung and I are close friends for the past few years. He's three months older than me and we are so close. But how does he know about me getting married? As far as I know, I never told him about it coz we lost contact when he get back to New York.

"Oh? Taehyung?! Kim Taehyung?!!"

"Annyeong!" He approach me with a big smile. He still look the same except his hair grows longer. He loves to wear something simple yet looks classy. Red and white floral long sleeve shirt, specs, tie, black pants and shoes. Basically he's a Gucci boy.

I wanted to hug him at first but I notice that my husband is looking at me with a serious look. But then he smile sweetly.

"Erm husband, can I hug him for one second? I promise it won't be long." I said to him. He just nods.

With that, I walk to Taehyung and give him a hug.

"Taehyung ah, how are you? It's been a loooong time! You still look the same!"

He giggles. "I'm fine, Jess. How about you? How come you didn't tell me that you're getting married? Have you forget me? Mwuyaaaaaa!.."

"Ya! You're the one who forget me! You didn't contact me anymore. You changed your phone number as well."

"Arraseo, arraseo. Mianhae it's my fault. Aigoo.." he pinch my cheek. "Anyway, congratulations to you and your husband. Have a really wonderful marriage and be a good wife to your husband, okay?.."

"Aww gomawo, Taehyung ah"

"Jongkook hyung, I promise Jessica will be a really loving wife to you because she is a loving person. I'm sure she will never let you down and always take care of you. Congratulations, hyungnim.." Taehyung bows to my husband and smile widely.

"Gomapta, Taehyung ah. Thank you for coming here." He smiles sweetly to Taehyung before giving him a bear hug.

Suddenly a staff pass him a microphone. He took it then turn to the guests. He taps the mic twice, making the guests face the stage. He then clears his throat about to say something.

"Annyeonghasaeyo! I'm Kim Taehyung, Jessica's best friend. I'm actually from Busan but stayed in New York for quite a long time. Since I'm here, I would love to dedicate a song for Jessica and Jongkook hyung since my best friend is now married. To be honest, back then I always practise to sing this song with Jessica. I told her that although it is a sad song, I want to sing it on her wedding day because she loves the meaning of this song. Jessica, thank you for being a part of my life. You're always be there for me everytime I need you, or even when I'm down you always cheer me up. Thank you for all the memories we created all these years. So Jess, Jongkook hyung, congratulations again and I hope you both love my performance.." Taehyung said while smiling at both of us.

"Oh? Jinjja?.." I look at my husband in disbelief. Taehyung that I know is a really shy person but I admit his voice is so good. He rarely show his talent to people but he likes to sing songs for me since we were close friends.

Once the piano and his slow, deep voice started to fill the whole room, I know the song he is singing is Hug Me by Jung Joon Il. It suddenly brings tears in my eyes but I tried to stop the tears from flowing when he smile at me while singing. Jongkook oppa wraps his arms around me and then caress my back.
