I run for The Light
in the dark tunnel
While the world behind me
fell and crumbledThe Light was only thing I could see
Among the dark passage
I so wanted to leaveI run for you
when you left me for dead
While my world dissolved
Through the chaos that bledI ignored everyone
every person around me
The times that I could have escaped
I count three
But I continued my sprint
my longing for you
wrecking those
who loved me trueYou were, to me,
my warmth, my happiness
and so very subtle
you were my light in the tunnel
