After driving all day we were now in chicago and more than halfway there so my mother decided we should get something to eat before we get there. We stopped at a resturant named Ruth Chris, we would always eat here when i was younger cause this place has some bomb ass food its expensive as fuck too but i aint complaining. Once we walked in the place was packed but not to packed cause we were immediately sat down at a two person booth and where given two menu's. I knew what i wanted to drink but there was so many options on what to eat. " Hi my name is Hailey and i will be your waiter this evening, can i start you ladies off with a drink ?" The waiter said she was way too pretty to be a waiter she had short blonde curly hair pretty hazel eyes and a fat ass i would give her a 7 tho cause her teeth were fucked up, nothing braces Couldn't fix tho. My mom broke the silence by saying " yes sweetie I'll have a coke please" " okay no problem , and you hun ?" She asked me."Coke please " i replied with a smile hoping i didnt get one in return. " okay your drinks will be here shortly are you guys ready to order or our do you still need sum time?" She asked " Ummmmmm. " my mom and went on and on "I Believe we still need some time thanks " i cut my mom off cause knowing her she was gonna keep saying "ummmm" until she actually found out what she wanted."why you do that heffa" my mom said once the waiter walked away "because you weren't ready " i replied. " Yes i was im gettin the ummm " she said "exactly" i replied."Girl Shut yo mouth" she smirked in embarrassment cause she knew i was right while the waiter brought us our drinks i decided i was going to settle for sum shrimp,steak and mash potatoes with gravy while my mom settled for some chicken alfredo pasta after the waiter went to go put the orders in 3 loud boys walked in to i guess pick up their take out an looked very familiar I couldn't put my finger on who i thought its was tho cause they looked much older now and one of them had a beard but if its who i thought it was i guess I'll see them later and tell them about how i seen them. After they left i looked to my mom an asked her " Hey ma aint that look like like mally , doowop an maneski ?" I asked her referring to my cousins. " Who?" She replied looking around. " So you telling me you aint just see or hear those three loud ass boys that was in here ?" i asked "girl you better stop wit allat damn cussing lil girl fuck you think you is? and no i aint see or hear them i was too busy playin candy crush. " she said. " but you just cursed." I said."girl im grown" she replied. Once the food was here we ate our food and saved the rest for leftovers since they serve big portions of food. My mama paid the bill of $56:62 an we then left out the resturant. She told me i can drive the rest if the way since it wasn't that far and she was tired of driving all day. I agreed and turned on the gps to 79th& Essex and seen it was only 17 minutes aways while she quickly fell asleep since she was tired. Once i pulled up i seen about boy 10 boys outside laughing with eachother and 3 of them were the boys i seen at Ruth Chris, My cousins. I tapped my momma to wake her out her sleep an told her that we were here she then unbuckled herself an got out the car . I got out the car and hugged and greeted everybody except 1 person. Herb, my first crush. Looking back at it now i dont know what the hell i was doing with a crush at the age of five and six but he always told me i was gonna be his first girl friend but that changed when i moved to atl. Moving along walking past him on the porch he stopped me and said
"Damn 11 years an this how you treat me first crush?" He's asked. i laughed and replied "hey herb" and gave him a hug and he laughed "oh okay" he said after he got his hug. I then moved along and went to greet my aunt, my moms favorite sister out of 4 and went to then find my mom. I ended up finding her knocked out in my aunts bed with the tv loud so i turned it down an cut off the light so she could get some sleep she told me she was going to go enroll me in my new school tomorrow and job search so she can help my aunt pay bills since this is where were gonna be staying now i went to go find the room i was gonna be staying in and turns out its not that bad its very spacious and already had a queen sized mattress and a vanity dresser and a closet. I walked back out to go out side and get mines and my mamas luggage out the car and jumped when someone came up behind me scaring me only to find out it was herb trying to help me with the heavy bags "scary ass" he chuckled. " that's not funny i could've shot yo ass" i replied smirking at the thought of myself pulling a gun out on him " fr you got it on you like that ?" He asked " this is why me an my momma choose to drive plus we had to bring the car down here" i said in a duh tone carrying the two suit cases out the car " let me help you wit that " he demanded. " i got it " i replied. " Look at herb tryna be a man for his new girlfriend yall " my cousin mally said making everybody laugh which he does 24/7 "im single idk about him tho"i said reffering to herb already knowing his way of the life he lives in chicago "man get off that wit bro he single to" kyro said replying to my last statement defending herb. I continued to pull both luggages into the house while mally said "well we can already tell who the man in the relationship is ole strong ass " mally said makinging everyone laugh agian and one thing about all of them is that they all gotta ugly ass laugh making everything even funnier. While i was laughing herb pushed me out the way making me flip over the couch and he raced the luggages up the stairs to my room making me laugh out loud. I got up and walked to the room while herb was laying on my bed and began i unpacking. " help me put this on" I told him making him lift his head up so quick he almost broke his neck but sucked his teeth once he realized i was talkin about the bed sheet. I laughed so hard cause of his reaction. Once he helped me put it on he got back on my bed and watched me as i unpacked my panties " owe those pink ones right there sexy girl who those for ? " he asked. "Myself" i replied laughing "let me find out your tryna be cute for somebody" he said. "Maybe" i replied. "Who? Me?"he asked. "Boy no get out " i said " ayee fr tho this be comfy asf i might have to switch it wit mines" he said causing me to laugh hard ass hell " only lord knows what you been doing in your bed"i said "Praying" he replied "well go pray"i said " ugh fine I'll leave you alone gn shorty" he said "hold up put this in the fridge for me" i said giving him my ruth chris left overs bag."ight" he said and took it then left back downstairs. I went to the bathroom to take a quick shower and once i got out i rapped my long natural curly hair in a t-shirt then put on my victoria secret pink panties and a big oversized t-shirt to sleep in. I then went to my room and put my phone on charge turned of the light and fell asleep from the long day me an my mom had.
