There I go again, right? Haha. I know you have trouble handling me when I'm like this, so I hope this letter makes it easier on you, and on myself.
Sometimes I feel good in myself. Hopefully most of the time, but there are low points in my life, as you very well know. Points where I feel as though I am not good enough, and while you have been getting better about communicating with me through these times, I know it still must be difficult for you. And I feel as though I put you in a difficult position when I bring myself to you at my low points, but if not you, then who? I feel like I burden you, and that just makes me hate myself more. But, you always help me see sense, even if you are just telling me things that I already know deep down inside myself.
Anyways, here's your guide (that hopefully will work):
1. Tell me about every single struggle I've gone through and come out alive from. There's a lot LOL
2. Tell me the improvements I've made in myself, and that I can continue to keep making them
3. Yell at me in a funny manner, because laughter is the best medicine, amiright or am I right?
And if all else fails, tell me to suck it up, because the world is too beautiful and far too amazing for me to be crying and whining.
Remind me of my abilities.
