  1st Person P.O.V

I started waking to this pounding feeling inside my head. It doesn't hurt it just feels... Numb? Or maybe its just an uncomfortable feeling.

Forcing my eyes to open once again I'm met with silence and the lights shut off. I slowly looked around the room to find no one, not even those two who were helping me before.

With a lot more effort then it should of I slowly allowed myself to sit up and swing my feet off the bed allowing my bare feet to touch the smooth cold tiles of the floor. I shivered as the blanket that kept me warm slid off my figure as I stood propping myself up again the chair right next to my bed.

I know its not smart to get up at the moment, especially with the sudden jolt of pain that started at my side and now traveled throughout my body. I clenched my teeth tightly to avoid a scream of pain from escaping and glanced down at the fresh white shirt I now wore. It seems they changed the bandages and got me a new shirt.

I glanced over at the clock and noticed it was almost 4 in the morning. I wished to thank the people that helped me despite not knowing me, yet at the same time I don't want to hunt let alone wake them for my own selfish proposes. So with that thought in mind I thought that I'd just step outside and take a breather.

Before reaching the door I stopped when I noticed a small shine from the corner of my eye. I looked towards that direction and my eyes widen in shock. My pokeballs... My pokemon are with me?! Moving quicker then I should have a snatched up my jacket that was currently inside out and counted the balls.

I sighed in relief as I notices every single one of them was there. So these people didn't even go through or try taking or hiding my Pokemon? I couldn't help but feel grateful to them.

I slipped on my jacket and silently made my way to the door and opened it. I snuck down the large hall way avoiding creaks and objects in the way. I silently gasped upon entering the living room when I saw a woman with long blue hair resting on the couch. She snored quietly as a light blanket hung loosely over her.

Trying to avoid making as much noise as possible I made it to the front door which lays right beside the couch the female was sleeping on. I silent cursed as I pulled the door open with a small creak. The woman sleeping on the couch groaned and shifted positions causing me to freeze momentarily.. What am I? A cockroach? She's going to see me even if I freeze so I'm better off quickly scurrying out the door.

With that thought in mind I bolted out the door being careful to shut the door. I turned around only to be met with an amazing sight. Tall Skyscrape that looked to be build from black stone and crystal lined the paved streets. Lights that shined on the skyscrapers reflected from the crystals on other skyscrapers causeing there to be more light.

All in all this place was beautiful but what caught my attention was that large tower that stood in the middle. It seems like its holding something... Maybe a pokemon? I squinted my eyes at it and stepped towards the tower in curiosity only for another sharp pain to jab me in the side. This time I couldn't stop the yelp from escaping my lips as I gripped onto my side.

That's right.. I need to take it easy.. With slow and small steps I allowed my feet to carry me to where ever. I didn't notice how much time past but by the time I snapped out of my thoughts I was at the edge of the city. I furrowed my eye brows as I looked around the barren land scape.

  Why was everything so... Dark...?
A sudden cry made me jump instinctively reaching for my Pokeball when this bat like pokemon flew towards me. It was beautiful honestly.. Comparing the very thing to the moon. This Pokémon though looks oddly familiar...

After realization hit I gasped and looked up at it.

"L-lunala?" The bat pokemon let out a cry of approval before lower down to my level. "Lunala!" I cried wrapping my arms around the pokemon's neck after it lift me up with its wing.

After hugging her for a moment a pulled away.

"Lunala.. What happened? Where is everyone and what happened at home?" I questioned hoping to get good news but that was quickly crushed when i saw the look of regret and sadness upon Lunala's face. Tears started bubbling up in my eyes as the truth now sets in.

"E-everything is gone?" I finally broke when I watched Lunala nod. I bursted into tears and buried my face in Lunala's neck. I wrapped my arms around her thin neck and refused to let go of one of the very few things I had besides my pokemon which I am blessed to have.

Lunala wrapped her wings around me and it seemed like she cried along with me. Neither of us noticing the four figures standing just by the city lines. The two females had tears in there eyes and the males looked down sadly with sorrow and regret. They didn't even know me yet.. They still felt such sadness...
