Kihyun called his brother's cell phone for what seemed like the tenth time in an hour. He was pacing up and down the hallway biting his lip, which he did when he was nervous. Kihyun was holding the phone in his right hand and the watch in his left. The watch had Kihyun wondering about his brother's whereabouts. Finally, the other side picked up.

"Ken, are you there? Hey it's Kihyun," Kihyun said, trying his best to hide the rising worry in his voice.

"...ah-h heyy bro. What's, uh, happening?" Ken responded, sounding like he was drunk or something. Kihyun couldn't help but feel scared and worried all at once.

"Um-m, how's college? You're in your 4th year, right?" Kihyun inquired. He hoped that he was just being paranoid.

"Hmm? Yeah, sure, I think s-so..." Ken replied. He didn't finish his sentence but Kihyun could hear him talking about something and then some other people started laughing. "He's not alone," Kihyun realized. He hoped that Ken wasn't being subjected to peer pressure or anything.

"So what are you doing? Are you with you fr- ," Kihyun tried to say, but Ken hung up. Kihyun's heart was beating out of his heart. He felt so dizzy that he went to sit down on the sofa in the living room.

"Is he drinking? But that doesn't seem like him...". His thoughts were spiraling out of control and Kihyun's felt like his world was shattering all around him. He looked down at the watch and remembered Ken as a little boy. A tear rolled down his cheek as he reminisced about the times when they were kids. Ken was always a joyful happy bunny and he made Kihyun's life so much better. Kihyun always loved seeing Ken when he got home from school. He looked forward to seeing his adorable smile and hearing his laughter. Every memory of his brother came crashing down on him and he started sobbing uncontrollably.

He never realized how much he missed him.

It had been so long since he was able to experience his brother's embrace. Kihyun missed being able to tell him everything and always run to him if something was wrong. The watch was the one thing that would keep them together, and he left it behind.

"He wouldn't have forgotten it. He must have left it voluntarily," Kihyun thought. As soon as it crossed his mind, he couldn't help but think that his little brother wanted to leave it here. Maybe he wanted to forget about Kihyun.

Maybe Ken wasn't an innocent little boy anymore.
