"Look at this place, it's filled with a bunch of fake people"
He said and he faked spit at the school as we drove by it and I laughed
"So what place are we gonna go to?"
I asked as I saw all the kids getting dropped off or getting off their cars as they entered the school
"I don't know, wanna go to Dunkin' Donuts"
He said turning to face me and I nodded my head and I looked away for a split second and I saw the psychopath himself, Zac....
"What?"
Jack asked as he looked towards the direction I was looking at and I looked at him and his facial expression changed.
"Watch me beat him up sometime-"
He said while I was looking at Zac and there was a girl with him and my eyes widened
"Oh my god"
We both said and we looked at each other
"You know her?!"
We both said so confused at each other then someone was honking at us and jack just looked back and we drove off and I look at Zac once more and he was looking at me as the girl got inside the car

We were both at the place now and we were sitting down with our coffee and doughnuts. It was awkward and I wanted to break the silence
"How-"
We both said at the same time and we stopped and he put his hand up as for me to continue
"Um, how. Well why did you say oh my god when I said it?"
I asked and he put his head down
"Uhh, well um. Because I saw someone starting to fight and all then I saw the school police come, that's why I said it. Now why did you say oh my god"
He said and I just squint my eyes
"Hmm, but why did you say you know her when I said that huh"
I said and he put his head down again and he sighed
"Ha, I got you there boi. But seriously why tho? Like was she an old friend, a family member, or a-"
"My ex..."
"Your What?"
He still had his head down and I heard him sigh again and he lifted up his head and he hid his face with his hands
"That was my ex, from a couple months back"
He said in a guilty way like if I'm gonna get mad
I grabbed his hands to uncover his face and he just put his face back down and I went next to him and I sat there and I lifted his face up so he could look at me
"Why do hide your face tho?"
I asked while I cupped his face in my hands
